Round 2 of the 7-Star Tera Raid featuring Typhlosion with a Ghost Tera Type is now over and ended on April 23rd, 23:59 UTC.
Typhlosion caught during this event had the Mightiest Mark and 6 perfect IVs, making it quite the prize! It is also the smallest Typhlosion you can obtain, making it eligible of getting the Mini Mark and being called Typhlosion the Teeny!
Note that only one Typhlosion can be caught per save file. This means if you caught Typhlosion last time, you were not eligible to catch it again, though you could still participate in the raid and earn great rewards!

Annihilape works as an effective counter against Typhlosion due to the fact that Rage Fist's base power increase does not get erased by the Raid Pokemon, nor does it get removed when Annihilape faints. Annihilape also has decent bulk, allowing it to tank Super Effective Shadow Ball fairly well.

Typhlosion both has physical and special moves during this raid, making it a mixed attacker. It also has its Hidden Ability Flash Fire, which makes it immune to Fire-type moves after being hit with one.
At the start of the raid, Typhlosion will use Sunny Day, which will help boost its main Fire-type move, Eruption. It can also use a Tera-boosted Shadow Ball to deal damage, or attack with Earthquake and Play Rough as coverage.
Typhlosion gets a free turn at around the end of the second turn to use Eruption or if a player faints during the raid.
Players can get useful rewards for completing the Typhlosion Tera Raid. Rewards will range from treasures you could sell to items you could use to train competitively-viable Pokemon.
Furthermore, you can obtain these rewards as many times as you can as long as you can clear the Typhlosion raid!

Conquering this raid gave you the opportunity to catch Typhlosion itself. It could only be caught once per save file however.
Typhlosion will have its Hidden Ability Flash Fire, max IVs in every stat, and the unique Mightiest Mark which confers it the title of Typhlosion the Unrivaled.
The raid Typhlosion is also the smallest Typhlosion you can catch! It can get a Mini Mark from the NPC at the fountain near the central Pokemon Center in Mesagoza.
Simply talk to the woman and show her your Typhlosion. She will then give it a Mini Mark and will confer it the title of Typhlosion the Teeny!
Like in previous raids, Shiny Typhlosion will not appear during the Tera Raid.
If you want a Shiny Typhlosion, you need to breed and hatch for a Shiny Cyndaquil.

Sandwiches give various meal powers when consumed. If you want to gain even more rewards after defeating Typhlosion during its Raid Event, make sure to eat this sandwich before challenging the raid!
Meal Powers last for 30 minutes, so try to find and beat as many raids as possible during that time!

If you want to really maximize your raid rewards for this event, making a Sandwich with a Level 3 Ghost Raid Power is the best way. You need to use both a Sweet and Spicy Herba Mystica for this Sandwich however. While Raid Power Level 2 Sandwiches give you 2 additional item drops, this Level 3 Sandwich will drop 3 additional items.
All Raid Power Sandwich Recipes
Typhlosion normally cannot be found in Paldea, making the 7-Star Event Typhlosion quite the catch, but you have to fight it in a Black Crystal Tera Raid.
These raids are tough, so trainers will have to prepare in advance. It's also recommended to complete the post-game before you participate. Players who are in earlier points of the game can still join via Link Code, but it is highly discouraged since these 7-Star raids will be extremely difficult.
How to Unlock 6-Star Raids and List of Pokemon
Remember that Black Tera Raid symbols on the map do not come in any other color except black. Meanwhile, normal Tera Raid symbols are colored according to the Tera Type of the Pokemon in them.
When you're looking for the Tera Raid with the 7-Star Typhlosion, keep your eyes peeled for a Black Tera Raid symbol on the map with the Ghost-type icon.
Black Crystal Tera Raid Battles
You are able to join Event Raid Dens online. When the event is live, you can use our Tera Raid Board to coordinate a team to take it down!
To participate in the event with other players, you must have a paid Nintendo Switch Online membership, which is bought separately from the game.

Trainers must also make sure they have the latest version of Poke Portal News in their game. This should automatically download if your Switch is connected to the Internet.

Typhlosion's own Tera Raid is Shiny-locked, as it was with previous 7-Star Tera Raids.
You can still get a Shiny Typhlosion if you catch it in the raid, breed and hatch for a Shiny Cyndaquil and evolve it, although it will not have the Mightiest Mark.

Typhlosion, during the Tera Raid, will have a Ghost Tera Type and not its regular Fire typing.
Due to this, Typhlosion's weakness during the raid will be Dark and Ghost-type attacks so make sure to attack with those!
Like with previous 7-Star Raids, you can only catch one 7-Star Typhlosion, although you may still participate in other Typhlosion raids and get the rewards if you complete it.
Additionally, players who caught the Typhlosion in Round 1 will not be able to catch Typhlosion again even if they participate in Round 2.
Once you've caught the Typhlosion, you can easily breed it to produce Cyndaquil Eggs. Like other bred Pokemon, they also have a chance to be Shiny!
However, note that these Cyndaquil will not inherit the Mightiest Mark from the 7-Star Typhlosion.
Breeding Guide: How to Breed and Get Eggs
The raid Typhlosion will have Flash Fire, which is it Hidden Ability. This Ability boosts the power of Typhlosion's Fire-type moves if it is hit with one, and will become immune to these moves after the Ability is activated.

Like the previous Decidueye and Samurott Tera Raids, Hisuian Typhlosion will not appear during the raid event.
The raid only features the original Johtonian Typhlosion, although its Hisuian counterpart may be available in the near future with an update like with what happened with Hisuian Zorua and Hisuian Zoroark.

Flutter Mane strat doesn't work that well. Shadow ball and eruption 2HKO and with 1 Calm Mind and -4 to defence, they 3HKO and you're not really able to damage quick enough. Draining Kiss doesn't really heal well enough with +1 SpA and -4 SpD to outheal Typhlosion's damage for me. Build is correct with IVs EVs, items and moves so what am I missing here?

He does work great actually but they have a bad strat listed. He wins every time if you equip him with shell bell. Turns 1-2 use Fake Tears (then you will likely die... which is no big deal because it will be your only death). Turns 3-4 use Calm Mind. Turns 5 to the end just keep using Shadow Ball until he is dead.
