Tera Raid EV spreads should lean towards Bulky Offense. Max out your HP and Atk EVs, while adding the remaining EVs into Def. Give it a Shell Bell to help Cinderace recover HP when dealing damage.

Tera Raid Strategy

Cinderace Tera Raid Turn-by-Turn Counter Strategy
Turn 1 Use Sunny Day to set up Sun.
Turns 2-4 Use Swords Dance to max out your attack.
Turns 5-7 Use Pyro Ball to attack and build up Tera Orb charge.
When Sun Runs Out Use Sunny Day to bring back Sun.
Turns 7+ Once you have enough Tera Orb charges, Terastallize and use Tera Blast or keep using Pyro Ball until the Raid ends.

Start the Raid by using Swords Dance to buff Cinderace's Attack. Use Sunny Day to set the Sun up.

Use Pyro Ball to build up Tera Orb charge and once Terastallized, Cinderace can also use Tera Blast to finish off the opponent.

Start the Tera Raid battle by using Swords Dance to boost Cinderace's Attack. Two boosts are often enough to one-shot most 6-Star Raid Pokemon weak to Fire-types with Pyro Ball and heavily damage Rock and Dark-types with Low Sweep while lowering their Speed.

Once you have enough charge to Terastallize, use Electric-type Tera Blast. Fire and Electric STAB gives Cinderace near-perfect physical coverage, making it a great choice to use against most Tera Raids.

Water tera type would be better because it doesn't become weak to ground still, and can hit grass for super effective damage with fire type attacks
