With the exception of Ability Patches which are an exclusive reward from 6-Star Raids, the items listed above can be obtained from 5-Star Tera Raids which you can take on alone if you have a Pokemon built for Tera Raids.

Alternatively, you can also challenge the raid with other people and share the rewards with them once you all complete the Tera Raid!

Save and Reload for Solo Tera Raids

How to Farm Raid Rewards Solo
1 Turn the Autosave feature off.
2 Find a Tera Raid with the desired item.
3 Save in front of the Tera Crystal.
4 Clear the Raid alone.
5 If you did not get the reward you are looking for, reload your save and clear the Raid again.

You can also farm the rewards you want solo as long as you can take on a raid by yourself. Save your game in front of the Tera Crystal before going in and reload your save if you didn't get the desired item.
