From February 28, 2025 to March 20, 2025, players can encounter Red, Green, and Blue Pokemon in various locations around Paldea, Kitakami, and the Blueberry Academy at an increased spawn rate!
Mass Outbreak Locations
This Mass Outbreak Event will be held in all three maps in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. Charcadet, Smoliv, and Finizen will appear in Paldea, Applin, Sewaddle, and Poliwag will appear in Kitakami, and Porygon, Scyther, and Lapras will appear in the Terarium.
Available Only for a Limited Time
While Red, Green, and Blue Pokemon can be caught normally during the events of the game, players can catch these Pokemon at increased odds during this Mass Outbreak Event.
This can be very helpful for players who are looking to add these Pokemon and their evolutions to their collection early on, to use in either Tera Raids or Online Battles.
No Boosted Mark Odds
The nine Pokemon appearing in the Mass Outbreak will not have boosted Mark rates, so you will have standard odds of finding one with a Mark.
If you want to increase your chances of encountering a Pokemon with a title, you can get the Mark Charm from The Indigo Disk DLC.

Since Mass Outbreaks feature increased spawn rates of a specific Pokemon, this is a good time to hunt for a Shiny Variant of the featured Pokemon!
Make and consume Sparkling Power Sandwiches, and use the Picnic Reset Method to make your shiny hunt easier!
