Pokemon in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet (SV) can relearn moves by accessing the Remember Moves Menu in their Summary! Read on to learn how to access the Remember Moves Menu and what it is!

The Remember Moves Menu is a feature that allows Trainers to teach Pokemon moves that have been forgotten or skipped. This means that Trainers won't have to worry when they teach their Pokemon the wrong move! Simply follow the steps above and you'll get to fix it in no time.
No costs, no finding NPCs, just a few clicks of a button needed.
Moves for Pokemon in your Box can't be changed, so put them in your party when you want them to.You also can't learn any moves ahead of your Pokemon's level.

| 1 |  Select your Pokemon and open the Summary Menu. |
| 2 |  Navigate to Moves and Stats Menu to view all current moves. |
| 3 |  Press A to change moves and select Remember Moves from the menu. |
| 4 | You'll find the available moves in a list on the left. You can change your moves for free from here! |
Relearning moves does not include remembering TM Moves you chose to forget. You would need to relearn it through a TM again.
While some moves can be learned, there are a few restrictions to it. So, if your Pokemon isn't relearning a move, then it may be because of these reasons.
Unfortunately, Pokemon can't relearn Egg Moves. What you can do instead is to breed Pokemon and have them learn it.
How to Learn and Transfer Egg Moves
Moves such as Yawn from Skeledirge and Spore from Breloom are exclusive to their pre-evolutions Fuecoco and Shroomish respectively. Skerelidge and Breloom won't be able to relearn it post-evolution. If you'd want them to have those, best postpone the evolution.
There are no limits on how many moves you can relearn, so take note and have fun.
