Pokemon Scarlet and Violet SV In Game Trade

Each of the in-game trades in the base game of Pokemon Scarlet and Violet (SV) can be found at Cortondo, Cascarrafa, and Levincia and with Special Coaches in The Indigo Disk DLC. Snom, Wooper and Gengar are three Pokemon that you can get through trading at different locations within Paldea!

Indigo Disk Special Coaches Trades

There are also Pokemon that you can obtain in the Indigo Disk DLC through trading after finishing the Indigo Disk DLC's main story and trading with Special Coaches!

Note that the requirements for trading this time are a bit different than the base game and that you will need to satisfy conditions first, such as completing The Indigo Disk's story, battling Special Coaches and completing their Friendship Events.

You can get a Snom in exchange for a Flabebe by trading with a boy named Glen at Cortondo. You can find him standing on the main street by the Cortondo Gym.

You can find a couple of Flabebe at South Province (Area Four). They can be hard to spot because they're very small but they're commonly found among flowers on the ground.

You can get the adorable Wooper by trading your Paldean Wooper to a woman named Sue at Cascarrafa. She can be found standing by the fountain at the center of the town.

As a bonus, this Wooper is holding a Rare Candy! Don't forget to put it in your bag.

Paldean Woopers are commonly found near bodies of water in the South Province of the Paldea Region. They look pretty small so just be on the look out for a brown waddling creature near ponds or lakes.

You can get a Gengar in exchange for a Pincurchin by trading with a woman named Blossom in Levincia.

She will actually give you a Haunter but it will evolve into a Gengar once the trade is done. No Everstone this time!

You can find the woman on the circular walkway at the center of Levincia.

Pincurchins are commonly found at beaches all over Paldea region. You can also find some at the beach surrounding Levincia.

League Club Room in Blueberry Academy

You can invite Special Coaches by going to the League Club Room after finishing the DLC story and accessing the PC in the room.

Initially, you'll only encounter a few coaches, but more will visit the League Club as you interact with them.

Unlock Trades by Clearing The Indigo Disk

After finishing Indigo Disk's main story, go to the League Club and speak with Professor Cyrano who will unlock the Special Coach Trades and Battles from the Support Board!

At first, only the 8 Paldea Gym Leaders will be available, but a total of 20 can be unlocked although there are still 3 slots that are still locked.

So far, there's still no confirmed way to unlock the final three Special Coaches, which are rumored to be Arven, Penny, and Nemona.
