Iron Moth has one of the highest special attack stats in the game. It also has access to the attack Fiery Dance, which has 80 Base Power and a 50% chance of raising its Special Attack by 1 stage! Take it out with 4x effective Ground Type moves before it becomes a threat of sweeping your entire team.

Iron Bundle has one of the highest speed stats in the game, along with a very high Special Attack stat. Therefore, the best strategy against Iron Bundle is to use a Pokemon that can take a hit before dishing out enough damage to one hit ko it. Luckily, Iron Bundle's Special Defense and HP stats are quite low, so it should be no problem dealing enough damage for the knock out.

Iron Hands has one of the highest HP and Attack stats in the game. Its Defense is also quite high, making it a physical wall. Take advantage of its low Special Defense and Speed stats by utilizing fast special attackers such as Espeon, to go straight through its defenses, swiftly neutralizing it before it has a chance to use its Attack stat.
Although Iron Hands is also weak to Fairy, it has the Steel Type move Iron Head, which Fairy Types are weak to, so its better to go with Psychic Types for this match up.

Iron Jugulis is a highly well rounded Pokemon with excellent stats across the board. As it does not have any outstanding weaknesses, the best strategy is to win the speed contest and hit it with super effective attacks. Pawmot has a slightly lower speed stat than Iron Jugulis, however can bridge the gap with some EV training. If your Pawmot is being outsped by Iron Jugulis, it can use Thunder Wave to paralyze Iron Jugulis, halving its speed stat.

As with Iron Jugulis, Iron Thorns has great stats across the board. Its speed is a little lower however, making it easier to outspeed. As with it's regular variant, Tyranitar, Iron Thorns has a 4x weakness to Ground. Take caution however, as it is an Electric-Rock Type as opposed to an Rock-Ground. Outspeed Tyranitar and take it out with a powerful Ground Type move.

Quark Drive | If Electric Terrain is active or if it's holding Booster Energy, the Pokemon's highest stat is boosted by 30% if the stat is Attack, Defense, Special Attack, or Special Defense or 50% if the stat is Speed. |
Professor Turo's Roaring Moon has the held item Booster Energy, which activates its Ability Quark Drive, an Ability that increases its best stat by one stage. To counter this, send out a Pokemon with the Intimidate Ability, an Ability which lowers the opponents Attack by one stage. If your Pokemon is faster than Iron Valiant, Intimidate will activate first, lowering its Attack stat to the point that a different stat will be raised with Quark Drive instead. A Pokemon with a high speed stat and the Intimidate Ability is highly desirable for this matchup.
