The fast travel points for the 6 Wonders can be unlocked by exploring Kitakami and looking for the signs marking these locations. They aren't tied to the main story of the Teal Mask DLC, so these fast travel points may not necessarily be unlocked as you progress through the story.
The bus stop where you start your journey in Kitakami should automatically be unlocked as a fast travel point once you arrive in the DLC area.
You can unlock the fast travel point for Mossui Town by going to the Community Center. Since this is one of the first places you have to go to upon arriving in Kitakami, you should have this fast travel point unlocked.
In the main story of the Teal Mask DLC, you are asked to go take pictures in front of three signboards.
The first signboard is located at Loyalty Plaza, and going to this signboard will unlock its fast travel point.
The fast travel point for Kitakami Hall is not actually located at where the signboard is. It's located at the entrance of Kitakami Hall.
You should be able to unlock this fast travel point as you go through the main story.
The third and last signboard is located at Paradise Barrens on the northwest part of the map. This becomes a fast travel point after taking a picture with Kieran at this spot.
The Teal Mask DLC Story Walkthrough
After playing the Ogre Oustin' minigame, you should be able to unlock it as a fast travel point on your map. This makes it easy to go play a round of Ogre Oustin' with friends or solo.
Ogre Oustin' Guide and Rewards
Most fast travel points can be unlocked simply by going to the area that the fast travel point is at. Some fast travel points are places you need to go to for the main story or for side quests.
Since Scarlet and Violet are open world games, many fast travel points can only be found if you explore the map yourself.
Many fast travel points are marked by signs such as the 6 Wonders of Kitakami. If a fast travel point isn't registered by going to the area it's located at, try looking for a sign to read.
