Okidogi has great defensive stats while also having an amazing physical attack. A Bulk Up set allows you to wall any physical threats while simultaneously improving Okidogi's attack.
Great offensive coverage with it's STAB moves. Drain Punch gives it some form of recovery. Great Defensive bulk even before using Bulk Up. |

The Ability chosen for Okidogi for this build is Guard Dog. Guard Dog prevents any Attack drops from Intimidate, instead giving it a +1 bonus to Attack. Guard Dog also prevents Okidogi from being forcibly switched out and losing its stat boosts.
The item chosen for Okidogi for this build is Leftovers. Leftovers heals Okidogi by 1/16 of its max HP every turn. This compliments Bulk Up as it allows Okidogi to stick around longer while simultaneously making it bulkier.

Bulk Up allows Okidogi to further boost its amazing Attack and Defense making it a great check into opposing Physical Attackers while also threatening a KO.
Drain Punch is Okidogi's main fighting STAB move while also healing it for a percentage of the damage dealt. The damage and healing are further boosted by Bulk Up's Attack boosts.
Poison Jab is Okidogi's main poison STAB move that allows it to cover for any Grass or Fairy Pokemon that annoys it's teammates.
Taunt allows for Okidogi to prevent any opposing Pokemon from setting up on it or using status moves. Taunt is an essential counter to other setup Pokemons like Bulk Up Palafin or Pokemon that can reset its stats with like Haze on Galarian Weezing

Fairy and Water are both great Tera Type options as it gives Okidogi a great defensive typing to help it stay in battle longer.
When choosing between these two Tera Types, consider the types and Pokemon that your team currently struggles the most with.
Full HP and Attack EV investment is necessary so that Okidogi can tank hits and hit hard in return, with the remaining 4 EVs in Special Defense to round off its bulk.
An Adamant Nature ensures Okidogi has an effective 195 HP and 198 Attack stat at Lv. 50.
Knock Off | Knock Off allows you to remove opposing Pokemon's items. This is useful if you're struggling against any defensive pivots with Heavy-Duty Boots or defensive walls with Leftovers or Black Sludge. |

Okidogi's amazing Attack stat allows it to knock out opponents easily while also healing itself with Drain Punch. Make sure that Okidogi cannot be knocked out in return by fast Pokemon like Flutter Mane or Dragapult.
Terastalize to Fairy, Water, or Grass to prevent getting knocked out by super effective moves. Okidogi already has great natural bulk, so Terastalize defensively to maximize its survivability.
Okidogi is a bulky Pokemon that hits hard and can be annoying to remove. Partner it with Pokemon that can help support it to stay alive.

With Okidogi being very bulky with a high Attack stat, it can fill a similar role to Iron Hands on a doubles team. Use Pokemon with Intimidate like Landorus Therian or Gyarados, as well as strong Support Pokemon like Amoonguss or Cresselia, to keep Okidogi alive.
Chien-Pao paired with Okidogi is also a scary duo as it allows for Okidogi to tank hits from Pokemon like Flutter Mane or Heatran while being able to KO them in return.
