Mega Drain and Recover are some of the moves that restore HP in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet (SV). Read on to learn more about these moves and their stats.

Drain Punch Fighting Physical 75 100 10 Single opponent The user recovers half the damage inflicted as HP.
Dream Eater Psychic Special 100 100 15 Single opponent Fails when used against an opponent which is not asleep. The user recovers half the damage inflicted as HP.
Giga Drain Grass Special 75 100 10 Single opponent The user recovers half the damage inflicted as HP.
Grassy Terrain Grass Status - - 10 All allies and opponents Heals 6.25% HP of Pokemon on the ground per turn and increases the damage of Grass-type moves by 30% for five turns.
Heal Pulse Psychic Status - - 10 Single ally or opponent, excluding self Heals the target by up to 50% of its max HP.
Healing Wish Psychic Status - - 10 Self If the user faints the Pokemon switched in will get healed and status conditions cured.
Horn Leech Grass Physical 75 100 10 Single opponent The user recovers half the damage inflicted as HP.
Ingrain Grass Status - 100 20 Self Heals the user 1/16 of its max HP every turn. Prevents the user from switching out.
Leech Life Bug Physical 80 100 10 Single opponent The user recovers half the damage inflicted as HP.
Leech Seed Grass Status - 90 10 Single opponent The user steals 1/8 of the target's HP every turn and recover equal damage dealt. The effect continues even if the Pokemon used is switch out. It has no effect on Grass-type Pokémon.
Life Dew Water Status - - 10 All allies Heals the user and ally by 25% of their max HP.
Mega Drain Grass Special 40 100 15 Single opponent The user recovers half the damage inflicted as HP.
Milk Drink Normal Status - - 10 Single opponent Heals the user 50% of its max HP.
Moonlight Fairy Status - - 5 Self Restores 50% of the user's Max HP when no weather is in play. Restores 66.6% Max HP if Sunny Day is active. Restores 25% Max HP if Rain Dance, Hail, or Sandstorm is active.
Morning Sun Normal Status - - 5 Self Restores 50% of the user's Max HP when no weather is in play. Restores 66.6% Max HP if Sunny Day is active. Restores 25% Max HP if Rain Dance, Hail, or Sandstorm is active.
Pain Split Normal Status - - 20 Single opponent The user and opponent's HP are added together and then distributed equally between the two.
Pollen Puff Bug Special 90 100 15 Single opponent This attacks heals instead if used on an ally.
Present Normal Physical - 90 15 Single opponent 40% chance of damaging target with 40 power. 30% chance of damaging target with 80 power. 10% chance of damaging target with 120 power. 20% chance of healing 1/4 of the user's max HP, but has no effect if the user has full HP.
Recover Normal Status - - 10 Self The user recovers 50% of its max HP.
Rest Psychic Status - - 10 Self The user restores health and heals any status conditions, then falls asleep.
Revival Blessing Normal Status - - 1 Self Revives a fainted Pokemon in the party and restores half of its max HP.
Roost Flying Status - - 10 Self Heals the user 50% of its max HP. If the user is a Flying type, it won't be considered a Flying type for the rest of the turn.
Shore Up Ground Status - - 10 Self Heals the user by 50% of its max HP, in a Sandstorm it heals 66% max HP instead.
Slack Off Normal Status - - 10 Self Heals the user half of its max HP.
Soft-Boiled Normal Status - - 10 Self Heals the user half of its max HP.
Strength Sap Grass Status - 100 10 Single opponent Heals the users HP equal to the target's Attack stat. Also lowers the target's Attack by one stage.
Swallow Normal Status - - 10 Self The user absorbs power from Stockpile and recovers HP. The amount of HP depending on how much power was stored with Stockpile.
Synthesis Grass Status - - 5 Self Restores 50% of the user's Max HP when no weather is in play. Restores 66.6% Max HP if Sunny Day is active. Restores 25% Max HP if Rain Dance, Hail, or Sandstorm is active.
Wish Normal Status - - 10 Self Heals the user or Pokemon in its place by 50% of the user's max HP in the next turn.
