Available at Chansey Supply Shops

Pokemon Scarlet and Violet SV - Chansey Supply
All types of Mints can be bought at the Chansey Supply shops around Paldea for ₽20,000 each. These will appear in the shop's listing after you have acquired 6 Gym Badges!

Each Mint costs a relatively hefty amount, so you better get your wallet prepared!

How to Make Money Fast

Obtain from Sparkling Dropped Items

Pokemon Scarlet and Violet (SV) - Sparkling Dropped Item

Mints can also be picked up from sparkling items found all across the Paldea region. Simply walk up to the spot and interact with the sparkling item to get it.

The locations and items obtained from these sparkling spots may vary, so keep a sharp eye for them while exploring!

I think you could find them by exploring too. I found an adamant and a hasty mint by exploring and picking up the items.
