The best ability for Emboar in Tera Raid Battles is Blaze. This ability gives a massive damage boost to Fire-type moves when Emboar goes below 1/3rd of its HP. Shell Bell allows Emboar to stay in that critical HP point more frequently by healing itself when it attacks.

Use Bulk Up, Tail Whip, and Sunny Day as extra status moves to boost Emboar's damage output and survivability.

As a Fire-type attacker, getting an Emboar with a Fire Tera Type is recommended to get the damage boost to Fire-type moves. The Adamant nature is best for Emboar as it has few uses for the Sp. Atk stat.
