Shell Bell |
The best ability for Froslass in Tera Raid Battles is Snow Cloak. This helps with survivability by increasing Froslass' evasiveness when Snow is up.
We also recommend getting a Froslass with a Ice Tera Type to boost the power of Blizzard and ensure it can set up an Aurora Veil. As a Special Attacker, Modest nature would be best.
Best Tera Types: Best Pokemon to Terastallize
Tera Raid EV spreads should lean towards Bulky Offense. Max out your HP and Sp. Atk EVs, while adding the remaining EVs into Def. Give it a Shell Bell to allow Froslass to recover HP when dealing damage.
Froslass Tera Raid Turn-by-Turn Counter Strategy | |
---|---|
Optional | Use Fake Tears to increase Froslass' damage. |
Turn 1 | Use Snowscape to for the evasiveness buff from Snow Cloak and other team buffs. |
Turn 2 | Use Aurora Veil to boost the party's survivability. |
Turns 3~5 | Use Blizzard to build up Tera Orb charge. |
Turns 6+ | Terastallize and keep using Blizzard to deal massive damage. Set Snow and Aurora Veil back up when needed. |
When going up against high damage Raid Pokemon, start the battle by setting up with Snowscape first, then follow up with Aurora Veil the turn after. This will ensure the party can take hits even when the opponent can attack for both Special and Physical damage.
Fake Tears is used in the kit in order to further boost Froslass' damage output. Build Tera Orb with Blizzard and Terastallize when your able to.

This Inteleon Tera Raid Build is an effective counter to Grass, Ground, Flying and Dragon Type Tera Raid Bosses. If the Tera Raid Boss is usually a Ghost, Fighting, or Steel Type outside of Terastallization, perhaps consider a different build, as Froslass will be weak to these Types as an Ice-Type attacker.
