This Stonjourner build is a dedicated support build for OHKO teams against 7-Star Raid Bosses.
Stonjourner's Power Spot ability allows it to give its allies a free damage boost without requiring any turns to setup. Since Stonjourner does not have access to common stat lowering moves
We also recommend getting a Stonjourner with a Rock Tera Type because this is Stonjourner's default Tera type. Raids will not go for longer than one turn, however, so Terastallizing Stonjourner is not a priority.
Stonjourner's EV spread should lean toward defense, max out your HP and Def EVs, and putting the remainder into Special Defense.

The best ability for Stonjourner in Tera Raid Battles is Power Spot. This ability boosts the power of Stonjourner's allies by 30%.
We also recommend getting a Stonjourner with a Dragon Tera Type because Dragon helps Stonjourner resist its weaknesses from its Rock typing. As a Physical Attacker, an Adamant nature would be best.
Stonjourner's EV spread should lean toward offense, maxing out Attack EVs, putting a considerable number of EVs into both Special Defense and Attack. Add the rest of the EVs into HP.
Physically Offensive Stonjourner Tera Raid Turn-by-Turn Counter Strategy | |
---|---|
Turn 1 | Use Gravity to reduce the opponent's evasion and increase the accuracy of your team's moves. |
Turn 2-4 | Use Earthquake to deal super-effective Ground-type damage. |
Turns 5+ | Terastallize and use Earthquake, Low Kick, or Rock Tomb to get the KO. |
Start the Tera Raid Battle by using Gravity to reduce the opponent's evasion and increase the accuracy of your team's moves.
Use Earthquake when necessary to deal Ground-type damage to Ground-weak Pokemon
This Stonjourner Tera Raid Build is an effective counter to Flying, Normal and Ice Type Tera Raid Bosses. If the Tera Raid Boss is usually a Fighting, Steel or Ground Type outside of Terastallization, perhaps consider a different build, as Stonjourner will be weak to these Types as a Rock Type attacker.
