The best ability for Charjabug in Tera Raid Battles is Battery. This allows Charjabug to boost the Special Attack damage of every ally in the Tera Raid.
With access to Eviolite and Iron Defense, Charjabug can reliably take hits from Physical Tera Raid bosses and Lunge can help it out even more.
Best Tera Type
We also recommend getting a Charjabug with an Electric Tera Type because it will only have one weakness thanks to it. As a Support, a Relaxed nature would be best.

Charjabug's EV spread should lean toward defense, max out your HP and Def EVs, and putting the remainder into Attack.Give it Eviolite to further bolster its Defenses.

This Build focuses on Charjabug's singature ability, Battery. This allows it to boost the power of allies' Special attacks by 30%.
Combined with Electric Terrain, Charjabug is useful for Pokemon like Miraidon, Iron Bundle, Iron Moth, and other Future Paradox Pokemon!
