Ms. Dendra is the Academy's Battle Studies Teacher, and offers several interactions and side stories for your Academy life in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. Read on to learn about each of her Friendship Events and the rewards for completing them.

Ms. Dendra Friendship Events
Run with Ms. Dendra
Head to the Schoolyard and have a quick run with Ms. Dendra to get to know each other better! She'll offer you a homemade sandwich in thanks, but despite your opinions on it, you'll grow closer to Ms. Dendra!
Training with Ms. Dendra
The next time you see Ms. Dendra, you'll catch her training! But it's not the training you might think. Instead, she's taking lessons from Mr. Saguaro in sandwich making.
The actual sandwich leaves much to be desired, but you'll grow even closer to Ms. Dendra because of it!
Ms. Dendra's Sandwich Taste Test
You'll find Ms. Dendra this time in the Nurse's Office, where she's trying to make Nurse Miriam taste one of her Sandwiches. However, Nurse Miriam is hesitant, so you have to convince her to take a bite.
Ms. Dendra's Acceptance
For your final teacher event with her, you'll see Ms. Dendra at the School Store, where she's checking out sandwiches.
Turns out she's accepted that she's not cut out for sandwich making, though at least she got to make a decent one for Nurse Miriam, who has helped her many times before.
Rewards for Completing Ms. Dendra's Friendship Events
Protein
For all your help, Ms. Dendra will give you 10 bottles of Protein, and you'll form a close bond with her!
You can use Protein to boost a Pokemon's Attack EVs, which can help physical attackers hit harder and deal more damage!

You will find Ms. Dendra at the Schoolyard with a homemade sandwich, though she can be found at the Home Ec Classroom, Nurse's Office, and School Store when you progress through her friendship events.

Dendra's Alfornada Gym Test
Ms. Dendra conducts the Gym Test at Alfornada Gym called the Emotional Spectrum Practice where you can show your Pokemon's emotion within the time limit. It involves Dendra's Pokemon, Medicham, showing you a move that you'll have to copy.

Dendra's Academy Ace Tournament Rematch Team
The first time you enter the Academy Ace Tournament, you'll face fixed 4 opponents, and Ms. Dendra will be on round 3.

Dendra retains her full Fighting-type team as a special coach, but replaces her Falinks with a Hitmontop and adds a Hawlucha as well. Hariyama is still her strongest Pokemon which she terastallizes into a Fighting-type to increase the power of its Close Combat.
