Hawlucha Tera Raid Turn-by-Turn Counter Strategy
Turn 1 Use Feather Dance to reduce Samurott's Attack stat by two stages.
Turns 2~4 Use Swords Dance three times to maximize Hawlucha's Attack.
Turns 5~7 Use Fly to deal Super Effective stat-boosted STAB damage.
Turns 8+ Once you have enough Tera Orb Charge, Terastallize and use Brave Bird.

Start the raid by using Feather Dance to lower Samurott's Attack, allowing you to survive while you setup with Swords Dance. Take the next 3 turns to raise your Attack by six stages using Swords Dance to deal the most damage possible with Fly.
