How to One Shot Iron Leaves

At the start of the raid, all three Scovillains should use Spicy Extract to raise Iron Leaves' Attack by 6 stages, and decrease its Defense by 6 stages as well. Once the Scovillains are done using Spicy Extract, Grimmsnarl should then use Foul Play, since it will deal damage based on Iron Leaves' Attack.

Grimmsnarl needs to have a Jolly Nature and at least 116 Speed EVs to outspeed Iron Leaves regardless of nature. Failing to do so means you will have to battle against a Quark Drive boosted Iron Leaves with +6 Attack, which will OHKO all of your Pokemon.
