Iron Hands |
・ Close Combat ・ Belly Drum ・ Drain Punch ・ Wild Charge ・Use Belly Drum to raise Iron Hand's Attack by 6 stages. ・Drain Punch allows you to heal while attacking. ▶︎ Best Iron Hands Build for Tera Raids |
Iron Hands is a great physical attacker against the tanky Blissey, as it can boost its Attack stat with Belly Drum and deal massive damage with Drain Punch.

Ceruledge |
・
Helping Hand
・ Light Screen ・ Taunt ・ Clear Smog ・Use Taunt to prevent raid Pokemon from using status moves ・Set up Light Screen and Helping Hand to aid allies. ・Use Clear Smog to clear raid Pokemon's stat boosts ▶︎ Best Ceruledge Build for Tera Raids |
Ceruledge is a viable utility Pokemon in Blissey raids, and can aid its allies by debuffing with Leer and powering up allies with Helping Hand, while preventing Blissey from raising its stats with Taunt or Clear Smog.
How to Beat Blissey | ||||
---|---|---|---|---|
Turns | Physical Attacker | Utility | Utility | Utility |
#1 | Belly Drum | Taunt | Leer | Leer |
#2 |
Close Combat
OR Wild Charge |
Helping Hand | Helping Hand | Helping Hand |
The above steps work for both the 5 and 6-Star Blissey Tera Raids.
At the start of the raid, Iron Hands players should boost their Attack with Belly Drum. One of the Ceruledge users should use Taunt to prevent Blissey from using status moves such as Sing, which will debilitate attackers. The other 2 Ceruledge users should use Leer to lower Blissey's Defense stat.
On turn 2, all 3 Ceruledge should use Helping Hand to drastically power up Iron Hands. Iron Hands then uses Close Combat or Wild Charge (whichever does at least neutral damage) to one-shot and defeat Blissey.
Damage Dealt by Iron Hands |
|
---|---|
Wild Charge (+6 Atk | 3x Helping Hands) Neutral Damage 18,042 ~ 21,232 (123.2%~144.9%) |
|
Close Combat (+6 Atk | 3x Helping Hands) Neutral Damage 24,060 ~ 28,309 (164.2%~193.2%) |
The above damage calculations are for the 6-Star Level 90 Blissey with 25x HP and 128 EVs in Def and Sp. Def.

Ceruledge |
・
Swords Dance
・ Sunny Day ・ Bitter Blade ・ Solar Blade / Flare Blitz ・Set up Sunny Day to boost attacks. ・Let it hold Shell Bell to recover HP along with Bitter Blade. ▶︎ Best Ceruledge Build for Tera Raids |
You can use Ceruledge in offline raids if you want to take on this raid solo with NPCs or if you don't have an existing Nintendo Switch Online subscription.
How to Beat Blissey | |
---|---|
Turns | Physical Attacker |
#1~3 | Swords Dance |
#4 | Sunny Day |
#5~7 | Bitter Blade |
#8+ | Terastallize, then use Solar Blade OR Flare Blitz |
The above steps work for both the 5 and 6-Star Blissey Tera Raids.
At the start of the raid, use Swords Dance 3 times to max out Ceruledge's Attack stat. Follow up with Sunny Day to summon Harsh Sunlight which will boost its Fire-type attacks and power up STAB moves. Letting Ceruledge hold Shell Bell will allow it to recover HP, which will stack with Bitter Blade's heals. You can also use Solar Blade while in the sun, as it will remove the charge time.
When you can, Terastallize Ceruledge and use Flare Blitz or Solar Blade to deal maximum damage.
Using this strategy, we approximate it will take 8-9 turns to solo 6-Star Blissey.
Damage Dealt by Ceruledge |
|
---|---|
Bitter Blade (+6 Atk, Harsh Sunlight) 2806 ~ 3303 (19.2%~22.5%) |
|
Solar Blade (+6 Atk, Weakness) 3464 ~ 4076 (23.6%~27.8%) |
|
Flare Blitz (+6 Atk, TERA, Harsh Sunlight) 4482.9 ~ 5274 (30.6%~36%) |
The above damage calculations are for the 6-Star Level 90 Blissey with 25x HP and 128 EVs in Def and Sp. Def.

Iron Hands |
・
Belly Drum
・ Drain Punch ・ Close Combat ・ Wild Charge ・Boost Attack stat with Belly Drum. ・Use Drain Punch to deal damage and recover HP. ▶︎ Best Iron Hands Build for Tera Raids |
You can also use Iron Hands in offline raids, which can stand on its own against raid Pokemon.
How to Beat Blissey | |
---|---|
Turns | Physical Attacker |
#1 | Belly Drum |
#2~4 | Drain Punch |
#5+ | Terastallize, then Close Combat |
The above steps work for both the 5 and 6-Star Blissey Tera Raids.
At the start of the raid, use Belly Drum to boost Iron Hands' Attack stat. This will cut down its HP to half, which you can recover by using Drain Punch.
Once you have charged your Tera Orb, you can Terastallize Iron Hands and use Wild Charge if its Tera Type is Electric, or Close Combat for a Fighting Tera Type.
Using this strategy we approximate it will take 5-6 turns to defeat 6-Star Blissey solo.
Damage Dealt by Iron Hands |
|
---|---|
Drain Punch (+6 Atk, Quark Drive Active) Neutral Damage 2200 ~ 2589 (15%~17.7%) |

The above damage calculations are for the 6-Star Level 90 Blissey with 25x HP and 128 EVs in Def and Sp. Def.

Ursaluna |
・
Belly Drum
・ Facade ・ Headlong Rush ・ Drain Punch ・Max out Ursaluna's Attack stat with Belly Drum and use Guts-boosted attacks. ・Use Drain Punch to recover health and build up Tera Orb charges. ▶︎ Ursaluna Best Tera Raid Build |
You can also use Ursaluna to deal massive damage to Blissey with its Flame Orb, Guts, and Belly Drum combo.
How to Beat Blissey | |
---|---|
Turns | Physical Attacker |
#1 | Belly Drum |
#2~4 | Drain Punch |
#5+ | Terastallize, then use Headlong Rush |
The above steps work for both the 5 and 6-Star Blissey Tera Raids.
At the start of the raid Ursaluna will get burned due to its held Flame Orb, but it will gain the effects of its Ability Guts.
On turn 1, use Belly Drum to max out Ursaluna's Attack stat. Next, use Drain Punch to deal damage, charge up your Tera Orb, and heal your lost HP from Belly Drum.
Once your Tera Orb is charged, Terastallize and use Headlong Rush to deal massive damage.
Using this strategy we approximate it will take 7-9 turns to defeat 6-Star Blissey solo.

|
Headlong Rush (+6 Atk, Guts, TERA) Super-Effective Damage 17112 ~ 20132 (116.8%~137.4%) |
The above damage calculations are for the 6-Star Level 90 Blissey with 25x HP and 128 EVs in Def and Sp. Def.
