This is a list of moves that are set to release in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet (SV)'s DLCs: The Teal Mask and The Indigo Disk. Read on to learn more about these moves and their stats.
Malignant Chain is Pecharunt's signature move. This 100 BP special Poison-type move not only hits hard, but also has a chance to badly poison a target!
Malignant Chain Effect and Pokemon That Learn It
Terapagos' signature move, Tera Starstorm, is a Normal-type Special move that has 120 Base Power which damages all opposing Pokemon when Terapagos is in its Stellar Form.
Additionally, while used in its Stellar Form, this move deals super-effective damage against Terastallized Pokemon, and is guaranteed to hit neutral damage against non-Terastallized Pokemon.

Burning Bulwark is Gouging Fire's signature move, which is a Protection Move, similar to the move Protect, and burns any Pokemon that comes in contact with it.

Mighty Cleave is Iron Boulder's Rock-type signature move. This heavy hitting move ignores protection effects such as effects from Protect, Detect, or Burning Bulwark.

Raging Bolt has a new signature move called Thunderclap. It is a priority move that deals Electric type damage, that fails when the opponent uses a non-damaging Move, similar to Sucker Punch.

Iron Crown has a new signature move called Tachyon Cutter which a two-hit Steel type move that never misses.

Electro Shot is an Electric-type special damaging move. On the turn it is selected, Electro Shot will raise the user's Special Attack stat by one stage on the first turn and launches it on the next turn.
When it is raining, the user can immediately use the move on the same turn it charges, much like using Solar Beam during harsh sunlight.Electro Shot Effect and Pokemon That Learn It
Fickle Beam is Hydrapple's Special Dragon-type signature move. With a decent base power and 100 Accuracy, this move also has a small chance for Hydrapple to go all out and have all of its pop-out to double the base power of the move to 160 BP.

Applin's new evolution Dipplin has an exclusive move called Syrup Bomb. Syrup Bomb is a 60 BP Grass-type special damaging move that lowers the target's Speed by one stage each turn for three turns.

Matcha Gotcha is the exclusive move of Poltchageist's evolution Sinistcha. Matcha Gotcha is an 80 BP Grass-type special damaging move that heals half of the damage dealt as HP to the user. It also has a chance to burn the target.
The move will also that out the user or its target when they are frozen.

Ivy Cudgel is the signature move of Ogerpon. Ivy Cudgel is a 100 BP physical damaging move that changes its type to either Grass, Water, Fire, or Rock depending on the mask that Ogerpon is wearing.

Blood Moon is Bloodmoon Ursaluna's signature move. Blood Moon is a 140 BP Normal-type special damaging move that deals a ton of damage to the enemy, at the cost of not being able to use it two turns in a row.
