After completing the Teal Mask DLC, you can catch The Loyal Three (Okidogi, Munkidori, and Fezandipiti), at the locations you first encountered them. Read on for more information on how to find and catch these Legendary Pokemon in the Pokemon Scarlet and Violet (SV) Teal Mask DLC.
List of Contents
You encounter Okidogi, Munkidori, and Fezandipiti as you go through the story of the Teal Mask DLC. However, you cannot catch them until after you finish the DLC's story.
To catch the Loyal Three, you first need to beat the main story of The Teal Mask DLC. Once you clear the story, Okidogi, Munkidori, and Fezandipiti will reappear in the same locations where they were when you first battled them.
The Teal Mask Story Walkthrough
Before going up to one of The Loyal Three, make sure to save in case something goes awry. Turn off autosaves so that it doesn't overwrite your hard save.
If you accidentally knock out the Pokemon you're trying to catch, you can reset to your save and attempt to catch it again.
Scizor is an excellent Pokemon for catching the Loyal Three. It can learn False Swipe and is immune to Poison.
With a high enough level, Scizor can take minimal damage from the Loyal Three's non-Poison attacks, and get them to low enough HP for you to catch them.

Pecharunt is a Poison/Ghost-type Mythical Pokemon that can be encountered in The Indigo Disk Epilogue. Pecharunt serves as the leader of the The Loyal Three in Kitakami, where the epilogue takes place.
