You can get a Female Indeedee with the move Trick Room by catching it from a Raid Den in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet (SV)! Read on to learn what the Trick Room Female Indeedee glitch is, and the steps to catch it!

Female Indeedee can not learn Trick Room from leveling up or through TMs. Only the Male Indeedee can learn Trick Room, but due to a coding oversight, a Female Indeedee from a raid den has a chance to know the move Trick Room.

As seen in the table above, both Indeedee variants have the exact same movepool in Tera Raids, even when Female Indeedee should have no access to Trick Room.
If you manage to find a Female Indeedee raid, and it uses Trick Room against you, it will have the move after you catch it.

| 1 | Check your Tera Raid Dens for a 5-Star Female Indeedee Raid Ideally, you should check all active raid dens for an Indeedee raid. |

| 2 | If you can not find an active Indeedee Raid, press the Home Button and go to your System Settings. |
| 3 | Move your date one day forward to spawn new Dens and Outbreaks. You can also move the time one minute backwards and it will have the same effect. |

The Best Nature for Female Indeedee is Calm, to raise its Sp. Def further. The Best IVs for the Female Indeedee with Trick Room are 0 IVs in both Attack and Speed, to take the least possible damage from Foul Play, and make it as slow as possible for Trick Room.
The Best Tera type for Indeedee is Fairy, to support teammates better by redirecting Dark-type moves to itself with Follow Me for resisted damage.

The best counter Pokemon against Indeedee in Tera Raids would be a Dark Tera Kingambit. Kingambit's Dark and Steel typing allows it to be immune to Indeedee's Psychic STAB moves, while resisting both Hyper Voice and Shadow Ball.
Kingambit also has a base Speed of 50, making it slower than Indeedee under Trick Room, allowing you to attack first.
Kingambit Best Tera Raid Build
Female Indeedee has always been a staple in Double Battles thanks to its impressive utility in Helping Hand and Psychic Terrain, along with its other support moves. By learning Trick Room, Indeedee can also function as a utility support in Trick Room teams, making Pokemon like Armarouge extremely powerful.
Indeedee-F Movesets and Best Builds
Similar to the No Guard + Fissure Machamp from Pokemon Yellow, if Gamefreak decides to keep Trick Room exclusive to the Male Indeedee form, then catching a Female Indeedee with Trick Room from Pokemon Scarlet and Violet may be the only legal way to obtain it even in future games.
When changing the moves of your Female Indeedee, be very careful when replacing moves as Indeedee cannot relearn Trick Room once you remove it.
Even if the caught Raid Indeedee knows the move Trick Room, it cannot pass it to another Indeedee through Breeding. As such, we recommend using Bottle caps to give your Indeedee perfect IVs instead.
How to Learn and Transfer Egg Moves
Since there are a huge pool of Pokemon that appear in Tera Raid dens, finding a 5-Star Female Indeedee Raid can take quite some time.
Finding a Raid Indeedee with the Best IVs is also significantly harder, with only a 1 in 14,000 chance of occurring.
The Trick Room Female Indeedee Glitch exists due to an oversight with how the game was programmed, so there should be no reason for players to be banned from doing so. It also does not give players an unfair advantage.
As long as the Female Indeedee with Trick Room was caught from a Tera Raid den, it should be perfectly legal.
