EVs can be reset with a Fresh-Start Mochi or the proper use of EV-Reducing Berries. Read on to learn how to reset EVs and how each berry affects every stat in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet (SV).

How to Reset EVs
Use a Fresh-Start Mochi from The Teal Mask DLC
Using a Fresh-Start Mochi on a Pokemon will reset all of their EVs back to 0. An item like this was not available in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet until the introduction of Fresh-Start Mochis in the Teal Mask DLC.
Mochis can only be gotten as a reward from the Ogre Oustin' Minigame.

Use EV Reducing Berries
It is possible to reset a Pokemon's EV and readjust any of its stats by letting them consume certain Berries. These Berries reduce an EV by 10.

Pick Up From Glistening Spots
Berries can be picked up from glistening spots found all over the region to obtain many more.There might be some areas that have higher likelihood of providing EV-Reducing Berries. If you find any, let us know in the comments. But until then, continue collecting items from glistening spots.

The items sold at Porto Marinada rotate on a regular basis. EV Reducing berries can be sold here at a bargain, provided you bid appropriately.

You can also obtain 10 of each EV Berry as a reward from Dendra for clearing 151 rounds of the Emotional Spectrum Practice minigame's Standard Mode: All-Out in Alfornada.
Reruns of this Gym Challenge will be unlocked after beating Tulip and earning the Psychic Gym Badge.

Anonymous about 3 yearsYou can also get them from 4 and 5 star Raids. If you go to the pages for the individual berries on Serebii, it lists which Raids can drop that berry.
