Beast Ball ImageBeast Ball A Poke Ball specifically made for catching Ultra Beasts. If used on Ultra Beasts, the capture rate becomes 5x, if not the capture rate is 0.1x.
Cherish Ball ImageCherish Ball A quite rare Poké Ball made to commemorate a special occasion of some sort.
Dive Ball ImageDive Ball A Poke Ball that makes it easier to catch Pokemon that live underwater. If a wild Pokemon is found while surfing with Koraidon or Miraidon, the capture rate becomes 3.5x, if not the capture rate is 1x.
Dream Ball ImageDream Ball A Poke Ball that makes it easier to catch sleeping Pokemon. If the wild Pokemon is asleep, the capture rate becomes 4x, if not the capture rate is 1x.
Dusk Ball ImageDusk Ball A Poke Ball that makes it easier to catch Pokemon during night time or in a dark environment. If the wild Pokemon is found in a Cave or during night time, the capture rate becomes 3x, if not the capture rate is 1x.
Fast Ball ImageFast Ball A Poke Ball that makes it easier to catch Pokemon that are quick to flee or wild Pokemon with a high Base Speed stat. If the Pokemon's Speed is higher than 100, the catch rate becomes 4 but if it is lower than 100, the catch rate is 1.
Friend Ball ImageFriend Ball A Poke Ball that makes any wild Pokemon caught with it immediately friendly towards the trainer by setting its Friendship to 150. This does not have an increased capture rate.
Great Ball ImageGreat Ball A Poke Ball that has a 1.5x capture rate of catching wild Pokemon.
Heal Ball ImageHeal Ball A Poke Ball that instantly heals Pokemon captured with it. Restoring HP, PP, and eliminating status conditions completely. This does not have an increased capture rate.
Heavy Ball ImageHeavy Ball A Poke Ball that makes it easier to catch Pokemon the heavier they are. If the Pokemon is weighs less than 451.1 lbs the catch value becomes -20, if the Pokemon weighs more than 451.1 lbs the value is +20. If the Pokemon's weight is heavier than 677.3 lbs, the value is +30, if the Pokemon is over 903 lbs then the value is +40.
Level Ball ImageLevel Ball A Poke Ball that makes it easier to catch Pokemon that have lower levels compared to your own. If the user's level is greater than the opponent's level then the catch rate is 2x. If half the user's level is greater than the opponent then the catch rate is 4x. If a 1/4 of the user's level is greater than the opponent then the catch rate is 8x. If the user's level is lower than the opponent then the catch rate is 1x.
Love Ball ImageLove Ball A Poke Ball that makes it easier to catch Pokemon of the same species with the opposite gender of the user. If the Pokemon is the same species and has the opposite gender of the user the capture rate becomes 8x, if not the capture rate is 1x.
Lure Ball ImageLure Ball A Poke Ball that makes it easier to catch Pokemon found via fishing. If a wild Pokemon was found via fishing the capture rate is 3 in Gold/Silver/Crystal/Heart Gold/Soul Silver and 5 in Sun/Moon. If it wasn't found via fishing the capture rate is 1x.
Luxury Ball ImageLuxury Ball A Poke Ball that helps Pokemon become friendly faster towards its trainer. Doubles the amount of Friendship earned by the Pokemon inside. This does not have an increased capture rate.
Master Ball ImageMaster Ball A Poke Ball that does not fail to capture any wild Pokemon.
Moon Ball ImageMoon Ball A Poke Ball that makes it easier to catch Pokemon that evolve by using a Moon Stone. If the wild Pokemon is an Igglybuff, Jigglypuff or Wigglytuff, the capture rate becomes 4x, if not the capture rate is 1x.
Nest Ball ImageNest Ball A Poke Ball that makes it easier to catch lower level wild Pokemon. If the wild Pokemon is level 19 or lower, the capture rate becomes 3x. If the wild Pokemon is between level 20 - 29, the capture rate becomes 2x. If the wild Pokemon is level 30 and above, the capture rate becomes 1.
Net Ball ImageNet Ball A Poke Ball that makes it easier to catch Water or Bug type Pokemon. If the wild Pokemon is a Water or Bug-type the capture rate becomes 3x, if not the capture rate is 1x.
Poke Ball ImagePoke Ball A Poke Ball that has a 1x capture rate of catching wild Pokemon.
Premier Ball ImagePremier Ball A Poke Ball that functions essentially the same as a regular Poke Ball.
Quick Ball ImageQuick Ball A Poke Ball that makes it easier to catch Pokemon earlier in the battle. If used within the first turn, the capture rate is 5x, if not the capture rate is 1x.
Repeat Ball ImageRepeat Ball A Poke Ball that makes it easier to catch Pokemon species that have been already been caught or obtained before. If you already have the Pokemon logged on your Pokedex the capture rate is 3.5x, if not the capture rate is 1x.
Safari Ball ImageSafari Ball A Poke Ball used to catch Pokemon within the Safari Zone.
Sport Ball ImageSport Ball A special Poke Ball used to catch Pokemon during the Bug-Catching Contest within the National Park.
Timer Ball ImageTimer Ball A Poke Ball that makes it easier to catch Pokemon the longer the battle lasts. If only up to 10 turns have passed, the capture rate is 1x. If 11 - 20 turns have passed, the capture rate becomes 2x. If 21 - 30 turns have passed, the capture rate becomes 3x. If longer than 30 turns have passed, the capture rate becomes 4x.
