Meal Powers give buffs to a Pokemon of a certain type in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet (SV). See a list of all Meal Powers, as well as how to check active Meal Powers.

An example of a custom sandwich recipe that uses Sparkling Power: Normal Lv. 3, Encounter Power: Normal Lv. 3, and Title Power: Normal Lv. 3
Sparkling Power increases the chances of finding a Shiny Pokemon in the wild. Note that this does not include wild Pokemon encountered in Tera Raid battles.
Unlike the other sandwich recipes, the sandwiches made with this power requires you to use Creative Mode to add the ingredients and Herba Mystica.

An example sandwich recipe with an Egg Power: Lv. 1
Egg Power increases your chances of finding Eggs while on a picnic, allowing you to breed more Pokemon or shorten the time needed to snag an Egg.
Eggs you receive from Picnics go straight to your Box, and you can receive more than five Eggs at a time. As long as the Egg Power effect is active, you can leave your system idle for a while and check the basket every five minutes.

Title Power makes it easier to catch Pokemon with Titles. These special titles appear along with the name of your Pokemon when you send them out in battle whether it be in the overworld or in Tera Raid Battles! These can also be viewed in the Summary menu.

Teensy Power increases the chances of finding small Pokemon in the overworld. Use this meal power if you want to catch tiny Pokemon and obtain the Mini Mark when you present a Pokemon with the smallest size value to the hiker at Mesagoza.
Meal Powers give you special boosts that can help you find certain pokemon, clear raids easier, gain more experience, or even get more eggs. Creating a sandwich can give you the best Meal Powers. While a single meal can bestow multiple Meal Powers, you’ll only be able to benefit from one meal at a time, so choose your food carefully.
List of All Sandwiches and Recipes
You can press the Right D-Pad to bring up the notice menu on the right side of the screen. This menu shows a list of all active Meal Powers, their duration, and level.
Meal Powers only last for 30 minutes so be sure to save before making a sandwich in order not to waste ingredients.
Eating food from restaurants allow your Pokemon to gain Meal Powers. You can also obtain them when eating a sandwich during a picnic.
