Sparkling Power increases the chances of finding a Shiny Pokemon in the wild. Note that this does not include wild Pokemon encountered in Tera Raid battles.

Unlike the other sandwich recipes, the sandwiches made with this power requires you to use Creative Mode to add the ingredients and Herba Mystica.

Egg Power increases your chances of finding Eggs while on a picnic, allowing you to breed more Pokemon or shorten the time needed to snag an Egg.

Eggs you receive from Picnics go straight to your Box, and you can receive more than five Eggs at a time. As long as the Egg Power effect is active, you can leave your system idle for a while and check the basket every five minutes.

For example, the effect Exp. Point Power: Ice would provide you with increased EXP gain when fighting or catching Ice-type Pokemon like Baxcalibur.

Meal Powers give you special boosts that can help you find certain pokemon, clear raids easier, gain more experience, or even get more eggs. Creating a sandwich can give you the best Meal Powers. While a single meal can bestow multiple Meal Powers, you’ll only be able to benefit from one meal at a time, so choose your food carefully.

Press the Right D-Pad to Show All Active Meal Powers

Pokemon Scarlet and Violet (SV) - Press the Right D-Pad to Show All Meal Powers
You can press the Right D-Pad to bring up the notice menu on the right side of the screen. This menu shows a list of all active Meal Powers, their duration, and level.

Meal Powers Have a Time Limit

Meal Powers only last for 30 minutes so be sure to save before making a sandwich in order not to waste ingredients.
