    Another helpfull Pokemon is "Gouging Fire" against Meganium the unrivaled. I used: Psychic Fangs (Breaks both shields), Burning Bulwark (For a 100% burn effect), Breaking Swipe (1 atk down effect 100%) and a Temper Flare (if I wanted to do damage). Held item = Leftovers, Atk & Def build.
