Koraidon and Miraidon are the Pokemon you'll be riding in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet (SV) throughout Paldea. Unlock more ride upgrades by defeating Titan Pokemon and feeding them Herba Mystica Sandwiches! Read on to learn what their ride upgrades are, and how to unlock these upgrades for better traversal.

Ride Upgrade | How to Do |

Dash Mode |
• Press the Left Stick on your Switch to enter Dash Mode. • If you dash and hit a tree, Pokemon lurking in the branches will fall, and you can battle them. |
Aquatic Mode | • Simply drop into the water and you can control Koraidon or Miraidon as if you're on land. • You can use the Dash ability while on the water as well. |
High Jump |
• Press and hold the B button on your Switch to perform a High Jump. • If you only tap the B button, Koraidon or Miraidon will do a smaller jump instead. |
Glide Mode | • Press the B button while you're in the air, and Koraidon or Miraidon will glide for you. • But be careful! If you press the B button again, you'll stop gliding and immediately begin falling to the ground. |
Climb Mode | • Press the B Button to Jump while facing a wall so Koraidon/Miraidon will grab onto it. Move in any direction you want with the Left Stick. Press the B Button again to let go. |
Fly Mode | • Press the Left Stick while Gliding with Koraidon/Miraidon. They will automatically move forward while flying. • Press the Left Stick again to stop flying and go back to gliding mode. |
The Indigo Disk DLC introduces a way to let your Koraidon or Miraidon fly while gliding. To unlock this ability, players must beat the Indigo Disk DLC storyline and talk to Amarys on Classroom 3-2.
After talking to her, you can now switch to fly mode by pressing the left stick while gliding

Path of Legends Walkthrough: Titan Order and Levels
You unlock ride upgrades for Miraidon and Koraidon by feeding them Herba Mystica Sandwiches. Arven makes these sandwiches whenever you defeat a Titan Pokemon in the Path of Legends storyline.
This means that if you progress further through the Path of Legends storyline, you will unlock more and more ride upgrades for Miraidon and Koraidon. The more ride upgrades you have, the more of Paldea you can explore.
