The best ability for Gallade in Tera Raid Battles is Sharpness. This gives Gallade an additional 50% damage boost to Psycho Cut, allowing you to deal even more damage against the Raid boss.

Tera Raid Turn-by-Turn Counter Strategy
Turn 1 Use Thunder Wave to Paralyze the opponent.
Turns 2~4 Use Swords Dance 3 times to maximize Gallade's Attack stat.
Turn 5 (Optional) Use Psychic Terrain to boost Psycho Cut's damage.
Turns 6~8 Use stat boosted Psycho Cut to deal Super Effective damage.
Turns 9+ Terastallize and use double STAB, stat boosted Psycho Cut.

Start the battle off by using Thunder Wave to try and limit the opponent's moves through Paralysis. Use Swords Dance three times to maximize Gallade's Attack, dealing the most damage possible with Psycho Cut. Psycho Cut also gains an additional damage boost from STAB and Sharpness, allowing you to chip off a good chunk of the Raid boss' HP.

Psychic Terrain allows Gallade to boost the damage of Psycho Cut.

You can catch a Ralts with a Psychic Tera type at Los Platos (East). From there, you will need to evolve it into Kirlia at level 20, then use a Dawn Stone to evolve it into Gallade.

Make sure to bring a Pokemon that has False Swipe and can inflict a status effect to make it easier to catch.

Alternatively, you can use Power Items that you can buy at a Delibird Presents shop for ₽10,000 each. Have your Pokemon hold the respective Power Item while defeating the Pokemon listed below.
