The best ability for Krookodile is Anger Point. This gives Krookodile +6 to its Attack stat after receiving a critical hit, allowing it to deal massive damage against the Raid Boss.
As you will not be Terastallizing in this battle, the Tera Type is not relevant.
Krookodile's EV Spread when used as part of the OHKO Team strategy should lean towards offense and speed. Max out your Attack EVs, put 160 EVs into Speed, while adding the remaining EVs into HP. Give Krookodile a Life Orb or Choice Band depending on the team strategy you plan on following.

Krookodile's main role is to OHKO the opponent with boosted Earthquake. On turn one, it uses Scary Face to lower the opponent's Speed in order to out-speed it the following turn. On turn 2 Krookodile uses Earthquake to deal massive damage after its Helping Hand and +6 Atk boost, as well as the opponent's -6 Defense.
The best ability for Krookodile in Tera Raid Battles is Anger Point. This gives Krookodile a +6 boost in Attack upon receiving a critical hit, allowing it to do massive damage.
As you will not be Terastallizing in this battle, the Tera Type is not relevant.
Tera Raid EV spreads should lean towards Defensive investment in order to take multiple hits from the raid boss. Max out your HP and Attack EVs, while adding the remaining EVs into Defense. The Life Orb Held Item gives a 30% boost to Krookodile's damage output, at the expense of losing some HP.

#2 | Screech | Screech | Helping Hand | Earthquake |
This one-shot strategy requires a dedicated team with Glalie for its guaranteed critical hit Frost Breath to activate Krookodile's Anger Point Ability, and 2 Murkrow to provide Haze and Screech support.
At the start of the raid, the faster Haze Support Murkrow with 4 Speed EVs should use Prankster priority boosted Haze to remove the opponent's evasion boost from Double Team.
Once Haze resets the stat boosts, the Screech Support Murkrow should use Screech to lower the opponent''s Defense by 2 stages.
Glalie should then use Frost Breath on Krookodile, guaranteeing a critical hit and activating its Anger Point Ability to max out its Attack
Finally, Krookodile uses Scary Face to lower the opponent''s Speed in order to outspeed it next turn.
On Turn 2, both Murkrow users should use Screech to lower the opponent''s Defense to the lowest it can go.
Glalie then uses Helping Hand on Krookodile to give it one final boost.
With Krookodile's +6 Attack, Helping Hand Boost, Life Orb and the opponent's -6 Defense, Earthquake will get the OHKO the opposing Pokemon.
