This one-shot strategy is credited to Nommable123 from Reddit.
It requires a dedicated team with Meowscarada for its guaranteed critical hit Flower Trick to activate Paldean Tauros' Anger Point Ability, with Medicham using Skill Swap to give its Pure Power Ability to Paldean Tauros after it has gotten +6 Attack. Stonjourner is in the team to boost Flareblitz's damage with Sunny Day and provide an extra damage increase with Power Spot.

At the start of the raid, Stonjourner uses Sunny Day, with Meowscarada using Flower Trick on Paldean Tauros to trigger its Anger Point.
Medicham will then use Skill Swap to give Pure Power to the +6 Attack Tauros, who then uses Choice Banded Flare Blitz in Sun to KO the enemy.
Following the build and the strategy above, it should take you around 1 turn to defeat the raid Pokemon. Do note that specific support Pokemon are required for this strategy.

Paldean Tauros (Fire Form)'s Anger Point Ability, combined with the Fire Tera Type, allows it to deal a huge amount of damage to raid Pokemon that crit it. By taking advantage of any Critical Hits, Paldean Tauros (Fire Form) can max out its attack and deal huge damage to Samurott.
Offensively, Paldean Tauros (Fire Form) can use boost its own Attack stat with Anger Point, Raging Bull's damage with Sunny Day and reduce the enemy's defense with Tail Whip. After dealing damage, Tauros can Terastalize into a Fire-type and continue dealing damage using Raging Bull.
As it will play the role of physical attacker, an Adamant Nature would benefit Tauros. Making Paldean Tauros hold a Shell Bell also allows it to heal up some damage Paldean Tauros takes.
