With its amazing typing and Special Bulk, hatterene makes an amazing counter for any Tera Raid that focuses on Special Attackers. Magic Bounce is the ability used to prevent the Raid Boss from hitting you from any Status Moves it can potentially carry.
We also recommend getting Hatterene with a Fairy Tera Type but it doesn't really matter as you will be focusing as a support for the team. Fairy is also an amazing bulky typing and Poison and Steel have better options for Physical Attackers than special.
Best Tera Types: Best Pokemon to Terastallize
Tera Raid Support EV spreads should lean towards bulk. Max out your HP EVs, while splitting the remaining EVs evenly between Special Defense and Defense. Give Hatterene a Light Clay to increase the duration of your Light Screen.

---|---|
Debuffer | Help the other attackers by debilitating the Raid Boss with Mystical Fire and Nuzzle |
Buffer | Make sure the team is sufficiently buffed with Light Screen to mitigate the Raid Boss' attacks! |
Team Healer | On turns where the team is low on HP, Hatterene can replenish 25% of their HP with Life Dew. |
In this Build, Hatterene functions as purely a support Pokemon. Start off by setting up a Light Screen or Reflect to give your Raid party more bulk when taking on the raid.
On turns where the team is low on HP, heal them with Life Dew, restoring 25% of all players' Pokemon's HP. Hatterene is specifically built as to take its HP back to 100% with Life Dew even if hit by a SUper Effective Move.
On off turns when you don't need healing, debilitate the Raid Boss' damage output using Mystical Fire or let it miss out on turns by Paralysis using Nuzzle. These are amazing options as their effects can still work even if the Raid Boss' shield is up.

Twisted Spoon |
The best ability for Hatterene in Tera Raid Battles is Healer. This ability allows it to remove the status effects of your allies, keeping them active and battle-ready for as long as possible.
Aromatic Mist can be used to make an ally sturdier against raid Pokemon that use special moves, while Heal Pulse can be used to keep other Pokemon in tip-top shape.
We also recommend getting a Hatterene with a Fairy Tera Type because of its immunity to Dragon and the boost it gives to its Fairy-type STAB. As a Special Attacker with low Speed, a Quiet nature would be best.
Tera Raid EV spreads should lean towards a Special-focused attacker and support which will allow to you keep Hatterene and your allies healthy, while unleashing powerful Psychic and Fairy attacks. Max out your Sp. Atk and HP EVs while adding the remaining EVs into Sp. Def. The Twisted Spoon item gives it further power to its Psychic attacks.
How to Make Best Hatterene Tera Raid Build |

|
Hatterene cannot be found in the wild and must be evolved from a Hattrem. You can catch a Hattrem with a Fairy Tera Type in South Province (Area Six) near Alfornada, or on Glaseado Mountain near Montenevera.
Make sure to bring a Pokemon that has False Swipe and can inflict a status effect to make it easier to catch.
If it has a different nature, you can use a Quiet Mint to change its nature to Quiet.
The easiest way to get this is by buying it from the Chansey Supply shop at Mesagoza for ₽20,000.
How to Change a Pokemon's Nature
If its ability is different from our recommendation, you can use an Ability Capsule to change it.
This item can be bought at Chansey Supply shops for ₽100,000.
Ability Capsule Location and How to Get
If you have the money for it, you can just buy 26 Calcium (for Sp.Atk), 26 HP Up (for HP), and 1 Zinc (for Sp. Def). All of these items can be bought at a Chansey Supply shop and it will cost you ₽530,000 in total.

Why is it quiet nature? Sorry if this is a noob question. Why not lower her attack instead of her speed?
