Curious Medicine is too situational and would be a detriment if you get knocked out while your allies are fully buffed. Meanwhile, Regenerator has no use in Tera Raid Battles.

Tera Raid EV spreads should lean towards increasing the Pokemon's Special Attack and HP. Max out these EVs, while adding the remaining EVs into Special Defense. Equip the Pokemon with a Shell Bell to heal off any damage you get.

Tera Raid Strategy

Galarian Slowking Tera Raid Turn-by-Turn Counter Strategy
Turn 1 Set up a Light Screen to protect the party from Special Attacks.
Turns 2~4 Use Acid Spray to lower the opponent's Sp. Def. and build up Tera Orb Charge.
Low HP Turn During the setup phase, if you are low on HP and have not gotten the opponent to -6 Sp. Def or yourself to +6 Sp. Atk use Slack Off to recover HP.

If you have sufficiently nerfed the raid boss/buffed Galarian Slowking, you should be able to recover plenty of HP with a Sludge Bomb thanks to Shell Bell.
Turns 5~7 Use Nasty Plot to raise your Special Attack to +6.
Turns 8+ Terastallize and keep using Sludge Bomb.

Galarian Slowking is one of the Pokemon who has access to both Acid Spray and Nasty Plot. This makes it a very potent attacker when it comes to Tera Raids.

Set up a Light Screen at the start of the raid. Also, Slowking's only mode of attack is Sludge Bomb so be sure to raise its PP with some PP Ups or PP Max.

Slowking Tera Raid Turn-by-Turn Counter Strategy
Turns 1~3 Use Stored Power three times to build up Tera Orb Charge.
Note: Even if Slowking gets knocked out, it will still retain its Tera Orb Charge.
Turns 4~6 Use Amnesia three times to raise Slowking's Special Defense by 6 stages.
Note: Make sure to use this move after the Raid Boss resets stats changes.
Turns 7~9 Use Nasty Plot three times to raise Slowking's Special Attack by 6 stages.
Turns 9+ Use Stored Power to damage the Raid Boss's shield, then terastallize into a Psychic-type and deal boosted damage to finish the battle.

Start the battlle by using Stored Power three times to build up Tera Orb Charge. Even if Slowking gets knocked out, it will still retain its Tera Orb Charge.

Once the Raid Boss resets all stat changes, use Amnesia three times, and then use Nasty Plot three times to raise Slowking's Special Defense and Special Attack respectively by 6 stages. This gives Slowbro an effective 280 Base Power for its Stored Power.

Once you have enough Tera Orb charge, terastallize into a Psychic-type and use boosted Stored Power to deal damage to the Raid Boss's shield and finish the battle.
