Blizzard Ice Special 110 70 5 All opponents Has a 10% chance to freeze the opponent. Has increased accuracy during a Snowstorm.
Fairy Wind Fairy Special 40 100 30 Single opponent No additional effect.
Gust Flying Special 40 100 35 Single opponent Can hit opponents during the semi-invulnerable turn of Fly.
Heat Wave Fire Special 95 90 10 All opponents Has a 10% chance to burn opponents.
Hurricane Flying Special 110 70 10 Single opponent Has a 30% chance to confuse the opponent. Also damages opponents using Fly, Bounce, or Sky Drop. This move has increased accuracy during Rain, but has decreased accuracy during Harsh Sunlight.
Icy Wind Ice Special 55 95 15 All opponents Lowers the opponents Speed by one stage.
Petal Blizzard Grass Physical 90 100 15 All others No additional effect.
Sandsear Storm Ground Special 100 80 10 Adjacent The user attacks by wrapping opposing Pokémon in fierce winds and searingly hot sand. This may also leave them with a burn.
Sandstorm Rock Status - - 10 Both sides of the field Activates a sandstorm for five turns.
Springtide Storm Fairy Special 100 80 5 Adjacent The user attacks by wrapping opposing Pokémon in fierce winds brimming with love and hate. This may also lower their Attack stats.
Tailwind Flying Status - - 30 All allies Increases the Speed of all the user's Pokemon by two stages for four turns.
Twister Dragon Special 40 100 20 All opponents Doubles the damage if the opponent is using Fly; has a 20% chance to cause the opponent to flinch.
Whirlwind Normal Status - - 20 Single opponent Forces the opponent to switch Pokemon. If used against a single wild Pokemon, this ends the battle.
Wildbolt Storm Electric Special 100 80 10 Adjacent The user summons a thunderous tempest and savagely attacks with lightning and wind. This may also leave opposing Pokémon with paralysis.

Abilities Affected by Wind Moves

Ability Effect
Wind Rider The Pokemon takes no damage from wind moves, and its Attack stat is raised by one stage if Tailwind is in effect or if it is hit by a wind move
Wind Power The Pokemon becomes charged and boosts the damage of the next Electric-type move it uses when it is hit by a wind move.

Powder and Spore Moves are special moves that affect many Pokemon in different ways throught the use of Powder or Spores.

But, there are a few that are immune to these kinds of moves such as Pokemon with the Wind Rider Ability.
