Face-off with the second Miraidon - Pokemon Scarlet and Violet (SV)

If you want to not only gain a powerful Pokemon but complete your Pokedex, then try catching your second Koraidon/Miraidon in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet (SV). Read on to know the legendary Pokemon's location, and how to catch it.

How to Get the Second Koraidon/Miraidon

Go to Research Station No. 4 in Area Zero

1
After finishing the Game, go to the Zero Gate.
2
Once inside, go to Research Station No. 4.
3
At Research Station No. 4, go south to exit the room.
5
Glide down to the cavern's lowest level.
After exiting Research Station No. 4, jump off the ledge and glide down to the very bottom of the cavern. You should see a stone bridge where Koraidon/Miraidon awaits.
6
You have found Koraidon/Miraidon.
This will be a tough fight, with Koraidon/Miraidon being at Level 72. To catch it quickly, you can use the Master Ball given to you by Director Clavell after finishing the game.
But if you don't want to use it, you can still attempt to catch the second Koraidon/Miraidon with other kinds of Pokeballs.

What to Do If Koraidon/Miraidon Faints?

Wait As It Can Be Battled Again Later

Pokemon Scarlet and Violet - Beating Wild Miraidon

Players who accidentally knockout their Legendary Pokemon will be glad to know that instead of fainting they will flee.

Koraidon/Miraidon will respawn after about 10 to 60 minutes. These times can vary compared to the 10 minute wait time for the other legendary Pokemon so don't worry if it's taking longer than expected! Just walk around the area, without leaving the cave, and return to see if they've respawned!

Trade For the Legendary Pokemon You're Missing

Koraidon and Miraidon - Pokemon Scarlet and Violet (SV)

Depending on whether you are playing Pokemon Scarlet or Pokemon Violet, you will only have access to either Koraidon or Miraidon. To help complete your Pokedex, you'll have to trade with someone else to get your missing legendary Pokemon.

This is where your second Miraidon/Koraidon comes in handy. For instance, if you own Pokemon Violet and have a second Miraidon, you can trade it with a person who owns Pokemon Scarlet and owns a second Koraidon. Convince a friend to trade with you so both of you get a complete set of legendary Pokemon.
