Keep reading to see if these special raids will be available in the game, what mechanics could they implement, and which Pokemon could be available if it does get released.

The Indigo Disk DLC has been shown in trailers to be the conclusion to the story behind the mysterious Area Zero. It is possible that we see the return of Space-Time Distortions in order to get Legendary Pokemon into Paldea in a similar manner to Paradox Pokemon.
The Indigo Disk: DLC Part 2 Release Date
As of writing, Mewtwo is currently the only Legendary Pokemon that has been made available via Tera Raids. This could change in the future, especially with the DLC also set to release more HOME Transfer Pokemon like Shaymin, we could see more Legendary Tera Raid events like this one.
How to Beat Mewtwo 7-Star Tera Raid Event: Best Counters
Based on the Legendary Pokemon Suicune and Virizion, Walking Wake and Iron Leaves are the first set of Paradox Pokemon made available via Tera Raids. It is currently unknown if Raging Bolt and Iron Crown will follow suit.
Tera Raid Events and Schedule
Rental Pokemon have been a series staple ever since Pokemon Stadium. With Pokemon Sword and Shield introducing Rentals for its Dynamax Adventures raid, it won't be a surprise if Pokemon Scarlet and Violet follows in its footsteps.
Not only would having Rental Pokemon promote more varied strategies, this could also be great for trainers who don't have time to invest in building Pokemon for Raids to gain easier access to powerful Pokemon.
Dynamax Adventures changed up the formula for regular Max Raids due to how many Pokemon you can encounter per raid. This could be advantageous in future Tera Raids as you can choose from a pool of strong Pokemon to use in competitive battling.
With Scarlet and Violet not requiring the player to save everytime you do anything online, this could be a great chance to host and join raids for Legendary Pokemon with the perfect stats you would need for battling. This makes getting certain Legendaries with the needed IVs much easier.
Dynamax Adventures also has an endless Raid Mode where instead of keeping the Pokemon you caught, you can instead gain increased rewards from the raids you finished. This could be a great infinite method to gain Tera Shards instead of waiting for Blissey Raid Events to occur.

Due to how these Pokemon were recieved during Sword and Shield's hayday, it was impossible to complete your collection if you only had one copy of either version.
Being made available in Scarlet and Violet would be amazing for not only collectiors but also those looking into competitive battling but don't have access to Sword and Shield.
Enamorus (Incarnate Forme) |
With Pokemon Legends Arceus changing the battle system and not having access to an IV Checker, it is very difficult to get an Enamorus with specific stats one would need if they wanted to use in in competitive battling.
Making Enemorus available to be caught in game would lower the barrier for entry for those who want to try competitive battling.
While they are always restricted to one per battle team, these powerful Pokemon will almost always find a slot in any team if Regulation allows.
With powerhouses like the Kyurem Forms, the Weather Trio, and the Aura Trio, being able to get these Pokemon with access to Tera Types would tip the balance further for more hyper-offensive strategies in the future.
While not likely to be made available via Tera Raids, being able to Transfer Mythical Pokemon is very nice to have especially for 7-Star Tera Raids.
With Hoopa, Mew, and Magearna being amazing choices on their own when it comes to taking on 5, 6 and 7-Star Raids, other Mythicals like Keldeo, Victini, and Genesect could also be amazing choices for high level raids.
Introduced in Alola, Ultra Beasts are Pokemon with odd typing combinations would make amazing additions to the game, and getting access to Terastallization would only make them better.
Silvally |
A Pokemon made to beat the Ultra Beasts, Silvally is a strong contender even just for Tera Raids. With access to its Signature Move, Multi-Hit, Silvally could mirror Arceus in versatility in being a great Physical attacker for Tera Raids.
Tapu Koko |
While the other Guardian Deities are amazing on their own, Tapu Koko could find a niche in having amazing synergy with Violet's future Paradox Pokemon by setting up Electric Terrain.
Tornadus (Therian Forme) |
Thundurus (Therian Forme) |
Landorus (Therian Forme) |
Enamorus (Therian Forme) |
Having the Forces of Nature available would make it easier for more people to dip into competitive battling.
Cresselia |
Heatran |
Zapdos |
Tapu Fini |
Getting access to Legendary pokemon that has been rampant in VGC when the formal allowed it would be amazing for people to get into competitive especially with how easy it is to host raids in Scarlet and Violet.
With the announcement of the starters being made available in the Terarium when The Indigo Disk drops, the blurb on the 7-Star Starter raids that say "This Pokemon may appear again in other events or be encounterable in different ways in the future" makes perfect sense.
The Pokemon Company then changed the blurb for Mewtwo's Raid to say "Mewtwo may be featured in future events or become obtainable through other methods" instead. This could be a hint that Mewtwo could appear again, but how it will remains a mystery.
Within the Moves and Ability search feature in the Box, you can find moves which cannot be used in-game. A good percent of these moves are Signature Moves and Abilities that only specific Legendary Pokemon can have.
