We also recommend getting an Iron Thorns with a Rock Tera Type because of its innate resistance to Fire-type moves. As a Physical Attacker, an Adamant nature would compliment it best.

EV Spread Guide

Tera Raid EV spreads should lean towards a bulky offense to help with survivability and dealing as much damage as possible. Max out your HP and Attack EVs, while adding the remaining EVs into Sp.Def. The Booster Energy further pushes Iron Thorns' damage to the limits.

Start out a Tera Raid Battle by using Screech to lower Charizard's Defense stat and help your team deal more damage. Use a Swords Dance before attacking with either Stone Edge or Dragon Claw.
