Look for Pokemon with Held Items
In Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, some wild Pokemon have a chance to hold a specific item. This could be especially helpful, since some Pokemon like Bisharp has a chance of holding a Leader's Crest.
Use Item-Stealing Moves on Wild Pokemon
Moves that steal your opponent's held item like Thief, Covet, Trick, and Switcheroo can be used against wild Pokemon, and will take whatever item they are currently holding.
Use a Noivern with Frisk
Noivern's ability Frisk allows you to check first if the wild Pokemon is holding an item, and since Noivern has access to the move Thief, you can use it to steal the item after confirming that the wild Pokemon has the item you want.
Run Away After Using the Item-Stealing Move
After using the Item-Stealing move like Thief or Trick, you can run away from the battle and the item will be added to your inventory. You can then battle the same wild Pokemon again, and it will have the same item, so you can keep repeating this process!
Challenge the Same Pokemon Again
After running away, you can challenge the same Pokemon again to repeat the process. As long as you confirmed that the Pokemon is holding the item you want, it will always have that item again, regardless of how many times you steal the item from it! This works similarly to the Quick Ball Exploit.

Money Farming
Happiny, Chansey and Blissey all have a chance of holding the Oval Stone, which can be sold for 1000 Pokedollars. This is a very fast and effective method to farm these items and bulk sell for quick money.

Booster Energy can not be sold for Pokedollars, but farming them can still be useful especially for Ranked Battles or Tera Raids.
Use Koraidon or Miraidon When Farming Booster Energy
When farming for Booster Energy, start the battle using Koraidon or Miraidon to set up Harsh Sunlight or Electric Terrain, so that the wild Pokemon's Booster Energy does not get consumed. You can then use Item-Stealing moves afterwards to obtain the item.

Some Bisharps will spawn alone, while some with a pack of Pawniards. Only Bisharps that spawn with a pack of Pawniards will have a 100% chance of holding a Leader's Crest, while those alone will have no held item.
