Complete the Epilogue to Unlock Last Three Coaches

Pokemon SV - All Special Coaches

The last three Special Coaches are confirmed to be Arven, Penny and Nemona and can be unlocked after finishing the recently released epilogue for the DLC of Pokemon Scarlet and Violet.

Unlike the other special coaches, you do not need to unlock existing special coaches to unlock them.

Like the Special Coaches, the BB Elite Four offer battles and Pokemon for trade. To trade with the BB Elite Four, you will need to progress their conversations over time by talking to them each time they appear, until they offer you a trade. Those who are not adverse to it can advance the in-game time on their Switch to change the currently available clubroom members and force new conversations to appear.

There does not seem to be any requirement to battle them in the clubroom multiple times, so simply decline repeat battles when asked and wait until new converations appear.

Once you've finished the Epilogue, you can unlock trading with Carmine and Kieran by skipping the time by 24 Hours on your Nintendo Switch. Note that their appearance in the League Club Room is not guaranteed and you have to adjust the time again on your Switch until you finally get them.

Once they appear in the League Club Room, you must interact with them and you must at least do this 3 times. This means that each of them needs to appear in the club room 3 different times so you can do 3 different interactions.

How to Invite Special Coaches

Complete the Main Story and Invite from the Clubroom PC

After finishing Indigo Disk's main story, go to the League Club and speak with Professor Cyrano who will unlock the Special Coach Trades and Battles from the Support Board! At first, only the 8 Paldea Gym Leaders will be available, but a total of 20 can be unlocked via the “How to Unlock” conditions listed in the table above.

Requires 200 BP to Invite a Special Coach

Players will be charged 200 BP each time they invite a Coach. As you will need to invite a Special Coach three times to trade with them, you'll need 600 BP per trade for a total of 12,000 BP to trade with all 20 currently available Special Coaches.

Get a Reward After Defeating a Special Coach

Pokemon Scarlet and Violet (SV) - Crispin Reward
Each Coaches will give you a reward after inviting and defeating them on their first battle! Some Special Coaches give unique rewards like Emotes and Clothing.

Every time you invite a Special Coach, you will have the option to battle them, but their Pokemon Team will not change. You will receive non-unique rewards like Vitamins and Big Nuggets on defeating Special Coaches multiple times.

Receive Pokemon from Special Coaches After Inviting Them Three Times

Pokemon SV - Iono Coach Trade

After completing the main story of the Indigo Disk DLC, you can invite Special Coaches to the League Club Room to interact and battle with them. After the coaches have been invited three times, you will be able to trade with them. Note that although you can battle with Special Coaches to receive a separate reward, you do not have to battle with a Special Coach to trade with them, though you are required to talk with them each time you invite them in order to trade.

The Pokemon that you will receive from the Coaches are unique, having a Partner Ribbon, which will display the Coach's name when sent out to battle!

Tyme can send out different forms of Lycanroc.... I faced the Dusk form.

I've just unlocked this yesterday and found 2 things. 1) yes turning over to the next date will reset the coaches.... 2) saving and turning the game off, waiting a few hours (4 for me) and being in a different location (cafeteria) reset them as well.
