Some of these moves are still unable to hit a target that is in the semi-invulnerable turn of moves like Fly or Dig. Additionally, these moves are still follow type immunity meaning Shock Wave won't deal damage to Ground-types.

Blizzard Ice Special 110 70 5 All opponents Has a 10% chance to freeze the opponent. Has increased accuracy during a Snowstorm.
Block Normal Status - - 5 Single opponent Prevents the target from escaping.
Clear Smog Poison Special 50 - 15 Single opponent Removes all of the opponent's stat changes.
Confide Normal Status - - 20 Single opponent Lowers the opponent's Special Attack by one stage.
Disarming Voice Fairy Special 40 - 15 All opponents This attack will never miss.
False Surrender Dark Physical 80 - 10 Single opponent This attack will never miss.
Flower Trick Grass Physical 70 - 10 Single opponent This attack will always land a critical hit and never miss.
Hurricane Flying Special 110 70 10 Single opponent Has a 30% chance to confuse the opponent. Also damages opponents using Fly, Bounce, or Sky Drop. This move has increased accuracy during Rain, but has decreased accuracy during Harsh Sunlight.
Kowtow Cleave Dark Physical 85 - 10 Single opponent This attack will never miss.
Lock-On Normal Status - - 5 Single opponent Guarantees that the user's next attack will not fail.
Magical Leaf Grass Special 60 - 20 Single opponent This attack will never miss.
Nasty Plot Dark Status - - 20 Self Increases the user's Special Attack by two stages.
Play Nice Normal Status - - 20 Single opponent Lowers the target's Attack by one stage.
Shadow Punch Ghost Physical 60 - 20 Single opponent This attack will never miss.
Shock Wave Electric Special 60 - 20 Single opponent This attack will never miss.
Swift Normal Special 60 - 20 All opponents This attack will never miss.
Tachyon Cutter Steel Special 50 - 10 Single opponent This move never misses, allowing the user to unleash two successive hits on a target.
Thunder Electric Special 110 70 10 Single opponent This move damages Pokemon using Fly, Bounce, or Sky Drop and has a 30% chance to paralyze the opponent. This move has increased accuracy during Rain, but has decreased accuracy during Harsh Sunlight.
Toxic Poison Status - 90 10 Single opponent The user badly poisons the opponent. The move has 100 Accuracy if the user is a Poison-type Pokemon. It can hit targets in a semi-vulnerable turn such as Fly or Dig, but it cannot hit through Protect or Detect.

Moves Condition
Thunder Thunder will always hit during Rain. Additionally, it'll hit Pokemon that are in the semi-invulnerable turn of Bounce or Fly
Blizzard Blizzard will always hit during Snow unless the opposing Pokemon is in a semi-invulnerable turn.
Hurricane Hurricane will always hit during Rain. Additionally, it'll hit Pokemon that are in the semi-invulnerable turn of Bounce or Fly.
Toxic Toxic will always hit if the user is a Poison-type Pokemon.
