There is a Blueberry Quest (BBQ) in The Indigo Disk DLC for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet (SV) where you need to make a 4-Star Sandwich. Read more to learn all the required ingredients to make a 4-Star Sandwich so you can clear this Blueberry Quest!
The main requirement for making a 4-Star Sandwich is to have at least one other player joining you to make the sandwich. There are different ways of making the 4-Star Sandwich such as using a lot of ingredients or using 5 different Herba Mysticas.
You can invite other players to your game through the Union Circle function.
When making a 4-Star Sandwich for the Blueberry Quest which asks players to make one, note that all players in the Union Circle must participate, or the Quest will not be counted as complete for any players.

Although this article previously stated that Herba Mystica is required, we've updated with a new 4-Star Sandwich recipe which does not require any Herba Mystica, and only needs two players to participate.
Note that even if you accidentally drop one Cherry Tomato, this will still yield a 4-Star Sandwich, but be careful not to drop more than one.
Alternatively, the second player can also use 2 Kiwi, 3 Cream Cheese and 1 Vinegar but the first recipe is more efficient as Cherry Tomatoes are smaller and easier to place in the sandwich.
List of Sandwich Ingredients and Effects
Another way of making a 4-Star Sandwich is to use all 5 different Herba Mystica flavors. This means that you need Salty, Sour, Sweet, Spicy, and Bitter Herba Mysticas to make a 4-Star Sandwich.
Compared to the other method, this method is less efficient and time consuming as you need to farm Herba Mysticas from raids.
You can get Herba Mysticas by completing 5-Star or 6-Star Tera Raids. They have a 10% chance of dropping from clearing 5-Star raids and 13% chance from clearing 6-Star raids.
How to Get Herba Mystica: All Raid Pokemon and Drop Rates
One of the Blueberry Quests that can appear while using the Co-Op feature in the Indigo Disk DLC is to make a 4-Star Sandwich which is required to clear a particular group quest.
Group Quests are Gold-colored and give a high amount of BP after clearing each one, and are also required for unlocking the Union Circle-exclusive Legendary Snacks and those from the opposite Version.
All Blueberry Quests (BBQs) and Best Quests to Clear
Unfortunately, players cannot skip Group Quests such as this 4-star Sandwich Group Quest and it is required to be completed if you want to get another Group Quest.
This Blueberry Quest in particular is one of the more expensive quests to complete, as you need a lot of ingredients to make a 4-Star Sandwich with your friends.
Although the idea of a 4-Star Sandwich is exciting, it doesn't seem to provide any obvious benefits to the Meal Powers provided, and equivalent Meal Powers can all be obtained from Sandwiches of 3 Stars or below. As of writing, the only purpose of making a 4-Star Sandwich seems to be for completing the relevant Blueberry Quest.
