Best Tera Type for Ghost-type Pokemon

Ghost Tera Type

Ghost-type Pokemon can benefit from Terastallizing into a Ghost Tera Type as this will boost the power of Ghost-type moves, which are super-effective against other Ghost-type Pokemon. This will also remove the weaknesses of their other typing if there are any.

Fighting Tera Type

Ghost-type attackers can also get a Fighting Tera Type to render Dark-type moves, which are the main counters for their type, ineffective. This will also power up Fighting-type moves if they can use any, as these moves are super-effective against Dark-types.

You can change your Pokemon's Tera Type to Fighting with Fighting Tera Shards.

Dark Tera Type

Alternatively, Ghost-type Pokemon can have Dark Tera Types to resist all of Ghost-type's weaknesses. This will also boost the damage of Crunch, Dark Pulse, and other Dark-type moves.

You can change your Pokemon's Tera Type to Dark with Dark Tera Shards.
