Best Strategy to Beat Hassel

Teach Your Pokemon Ice and Fairy Type Moves

Hassel's team consists of Dragon Type Pokemon, which are weak to Ice and Fairy. While they are also weak to Dragon Type attacks, using Dragon Types would also leave your team susceptible to super effective attacks, so stick to Ice and Fairy Types. Of particular note is Hassel's Flapple and Noivern, which both take 4x damage from Ice Type attacks, so make sure plenty of your Pokemon know an Ice Type move or two.

Use Tinkaton

Tinkaton in Battle Pokemon Scarlet and Violet
Tinkaton is an excellent counter to Hassel's entire team as it can hit every Pokemon except for Dragalge with its STAB Fairy Type moves and is immune to or resists the vast majority of Hassel's Pokemon's moves.
