This is a tier list for the best Pokemon to use while using the Poke Sync feature in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet (SV). Read on to learn which are the best Pokemon to Synchronize with and use in the land, air, or sea.

The best Pokemon to Synchronize with are fast Pokemon that can keep up with you while you're riding around on Koraidon or Miraidon. This is important because Synchronize uses the Pokemon's overworld movespeed and not their actual Speed stat.

In Let's Go mode, these Pokemon are fast enough to keep up with you while you're dashing around mounted on Koraidon or Miraidon. This also makes them the fastest Pokemon to use in Poke Sync since the Poke Sync feature uses the Pokemon's overworld speed and not their actual Speed stat.
You can use these Pokemon to farm Sableye Gems, which can then be used for the Item Printer.

While these may not be the best Pokemon to Synchronize with, they still have some funny movement animations that are worth checking out and showing your friends while playing in a Union Circle.
Synchronize is a new feature introduced in the Indigo Disk DLC that allows you take control of your Pokemon to use in the overworld. This allows you to play as your Pokemon and move around and battle Pokemon in the overworld similar to using the Let's Go mode.
