You encounter Okidogi, Munkidori, and Fezandipiti as you go through the story of the Teal Mask DLC. However, you cannot catch them until after you finish the DLC's story.

To find these Pokemon in the postgame, go back to the locations where you first encountered them. They will be in the same place.
