After getting to the Terarium, fly to the Coastal Outdoor Classroom in the Coastal Biome, and proceed to the point shown on the Map above.

Proceed to the area where a small breeze is blowing a few leaves in a circle. Pan the camera to show your character from above as shown in the image. It can be found between two small shrubs.

Spin around clockwise for at least 10 seconds in the center of the circle by spinning the control stick until your character starts spinning, then continuing to spin the control stick.

After spinning, immediately open your Camera by pressing Down the D-pad. Then, hit left on the D-pad five times while on the Camera screen to set the filter to Sepia.

Wait around for a bit and the music will change to Meloetta's Relic Song. Look around and you will see Meloetta.
6 Close the camera, save your game, and interact with Meloetta to start the battle.

Using the move Relic Song during a battle will change Meloetta into its Pirouette form.

Do note that Meloetta will revert back into its Aria form if it is switched out or if the battle ends, so there is no way to maintain its Pirouette form.
