Pokemon Scarlet's Legendary Pokemon Koraidon is useful in Tera Raids for several reasons. Koraidon can be a reliable physical attacker, and its Ability Orichalcum Pulse syngerizes well with all Paradox Pokemon which have the Ability Protosynthesis.

Since Koraidon's Ability summons harsh sunlight, Fire-type moves are also boosted, which can be useful if you have Fire-type allies. This also weakens the damage done by Water-type moves and can debilitate Water-type bosses.

Pokemon Violet's Legendary Pokemon Miraidon is also useful in Tera Raids. It can be an effective special attacker, and its Ability Hadron Engine works well with Paradox Pokemon with the Ability Quark Drive.

Miraidon's Ability can whip up Electric Terrain in the field, which prevents any grounded Pokemon to fall asleep when the terrain is active. It also powers up Electric-type moves, which can be a vital buff against raid bosses weak to such moves.

Dondozo and Tatsugiri

Dondozo with 212 Speed EVs can outspeed several Pokemon at +2 (After Tatsugiri's Commander Ability triggers). Order Up and Earthquake are staple moves for Dondozo, giving it an option to hit single targets or use a spread move. Substitute is good for passive turns, while Protect lets Dondozo recover HP with Leftovers.

As for Tatsugiri, Curly Form is the preferred Tatsugiri form in order for Dondozo to get an Attack boost each time it uses Order Up.

Dragon-type Pokemon can Terastallize into a Fairy Tera Type to remove their weakness from Fairy-type moves. Most Dragon-type counters have a Fairy-type attack in their kit, so it can be useful to prepare this defensive option.

Steel Tera Type

You can also change your Dragon-type Pokemon's Tera Type into Steel which will help them resist Fairy-type moves once you Terastallize them, allowing you to safely engage against these threats.

You can change your Pokemon's Tera Type to Steel with Steel Tera Shards.

Tera Type of Main Attack

Most Dragon-type Pokemon that are used in battles may rely on Tera Types that boost the damage of their main moves, which are usually a different type than Dragon.

You can change your Pokemon's Tera Type with Tera Shards.
