How to Obtain Shiny Keldeo

Complete the Galar, Isle of Armor, and Crown Tundra Pokedexes on Pokemon HOME!

After updating your Pokemon HOME to version 3.2.2, you can now obtain a Shiny Keldeo by completing the Galar, Isle of Armor, and Crown Tundra Pokedexes. Do note that you have to complete the Pokedex in Pokemon HOME and not in Pokemon Sword or Shield.

Pokedexes Can Only be Filled With Pokemon with the Galar Origin Mark

To complete your Pokedex in Pokemon HOME, you need to transfer Pokemon with the Galar Marker! This is the same as the Galar League symbol. Pokemon without this marker will not count towards your Pokedex completion.

How to Obtain Shiny Meltan

Complete the Kanto Pokedex on Pokemon HOME!

Same as Keldeo, you can also obtain a Shiny Meltan by completing the Kanto Pokedex. Do note that you have to complete the Pokedex in Pokemon HOME and not in Pokemon Let's Go Pikachu or Eevee.

Pokedexes Can Only be Filled With Pokemon with the Let's Go Origin Mark

To complete your Pokedex in Pokemon HOME, you need to transfer Pokemon with the Let's Go Marker! This looks like the silhouette of Pikachu's Head. Pokemon without this marker will not count towards your Pokedex completion.

Receive via Mystery Gift Option in the App

Once you complete the respective Pokedexes, you will be gifted the shiny Keldeo and Meltan via the Mystery Gift option in the app! Tap on the List Icon on the Main Menu and you will see Mystery Gifts on the bottom left corner.

After receiving your Manaphy, you can then transfer it like any other Pokemon into a game Keldeo or Meltan is available in.

How to Transfer Pokemon to Sword and Shield
1	Open Pokemon HOME on your Nintendo Switch.
2	Select Pokemon in the main menu.
3	Choose Pokemon Sword or Shield in the options.
4	Select the Pokemon you want to transfer, then press A on the controller and select Move.
5	Press the + button after you are finished and select Save Changes and Exit to finalize the transfer.
