We recommend getting a Scream Tail with a Fairy Tera Type because of its immunity to Dragon and the boost it gives to its Fairy-type STAB. As a Physical Tank with low Special Attack, a Careful nature would be best.

Tera Raid EV spreads should lean towards a Specially defensive-focused tank that buffs allies with Noble Roar and Helping Hand, while debuffing opponents by attacking with Play Rough. Note that Scream Tail is a Scarlet-exclusive Pokemon, so players who have the violet version will have to trade to get one.

Better with Careful nature... Why use Calm nature if using Playing Rough which is physical move? Alternatively Scream Tail can use Psychic Fang (also physical move)
