Iron Valiant Tera Raid Turn-by-Turn Counter Strategy
Turn 1 Use Light Screen to better tank Palkia's attacks.
Turns 2~4 Use Swords Dance to increase Iron Valiant's Attack to +6.
Turns 5+ Use Spirit Break until Palkia has been defeated. Remember to Terastallize when possible.
Buffs Reset Reset Swords Dance boosts and Light Screen when needed.

At the start of the raid, use Light Screen to help bolster Iron Valiant's defense against special attacks. This is important because of how low Iron Valiant's base Sp. Def is.

Afterwards, use Swords Dance until Iron Valiant's Attack is +6. Once it is fully boosted, use Spirit Break until Palkia is defeated. Don't forget to Terastallize when possible.

When Palkia resets your stats, use Swords Dance again until Iron Valiant is back to +6 Attack.

Start the raid by using Calm Mind three times to boost its Special Attack and Special Defense. Iron Valiant's main damaging move is Moonblast, which gains STAB, has a chance to lower the target's Sp. Atk stat, and enjoys the boosts from Calm Mind.

Why would you give it Dazzling Gleam and not Moonblast? Moonblast is more powerful and even has a chance of lowering stats.
