The TM Machine is located at the Central Plaza in The Indigo Disk DLC of Pokemon Scarlet and Violet (SV). Read on to learn where to find the TM Machine, how to make TMs, and how to unlock TMs in the Indigo Disk DLC.
Indigo Disk TM Machine Location
On the Battle Arena of the Central Plaza
The TM Machine can be located in the Central Plaza of the Terarium. Proceed up the center ramp to the Battle Arena, then find the resting area. The TM Machine is between the Item Vending Machines and the student enjoying a book on the bench.

How To Make TMs in the Indigo Disk
Use the TM Machine Found in the Battle Center
Approach the TM Machine, then interact with it. Select the first option that states "I want a TM made", then you will be presented with a list of craftable TMs. To make a TM, you need to spend the exact amount of LP and the necessary TM materials.
A ready-to-craft TM should have a green prompt and should be able to quickly finish your Blueberry Quest if you have that quest active!
How to Unlock More TMs in the Indigo Disk
Find TMs in the Overworld
When you find a Golden Pokeball in the Terarium, chances are it is a TM. If it is a TM you have not unlocked yet, the newly acquired TM will register itself into the TM Machine.
Beat the BB Elite Four
The BB Elite Four use their unique and exclusive Pokemon moves! After you win a fight against one of the BB Elite Four, they will give you the TMs holding these new moves introduced in the Indigo Disk DLC.
